Epluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en cubes moyens. Coupez les oignons en julienne et les carottes en rondelles et passez-les dans un peu d\u2019huile dans une casserole plut\u00f4t grande \u00e0 feu moyen pour une dizaine de minutes. Puis ajoutez les pommes de terre. Ajoutez les tomates et recouvrez d\u2019eau. Si vous utilisez des tomates fra\u00eeches, sachez que vous devez les \u00e9plucher. Pour cela plongez-les dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Epluchez les tomates et coupez-les en morceau plut\u00f4t petits. Ajoutez les feuilles de laurier et les olives et laissez la casserole \u00e0 feu doux pour une heure environ, faisant attention \u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre ne collent pas au fond de la casserole. Ajoutez les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es. Salez et poivrez, avant de mettre la casserole au four pour une vingtaine de minutes. Avant de servir, parsemez de persil finement hach\u00e9. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement enrichir le rago\u00fbt de pommes de terre en y ajoutant des saucisses ou des lardons fum\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019ouest du pays, en Transylvanie, les lardons fum\u00e9s constituent une pr\u00e9sence incontournable dans le rago\u00fbt de pommes de terre. En effet, il faut mettre les lardons dans la casserole et les faire dorer dans un peu d\u2019huile. Retirez les lardons et mettez-les de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Dans la graisse qui reste, pr\u00e9parez le rago\u00fbt selon la recette d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, mais pensez \u00e0 y ajouter du paprika, selon votre go\u00fbt. A la fin, n\u2019oubliez pas de rajouter les lardons. Ce plat peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes saumur\u00e9s en hiver ou d\u2019une salade de choux en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 boissons, vous pouvez l\u2019associer \u00e0 un vin rouge demi-sec ou bien \u00e0 une bi\u00e8re brune.
