Aujourd\u2019hui nous parlons haricots.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Ce l\u00e9gume est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en Roumanie, o\u00f9 il peut servir d\u2019ingr\u00e9dient principal sous toutes ses formes : gousses vertes, gousses matures &#8211; jaunes et haricots secs. Je vous propose de pr\u00e9parer deux plats de saison, \u00e0 base de haricots plats, un l\u00e9gume qui abonde en ce moment sur les march\u00e9s roumains. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par une sorte de salade de haricots plats \u00e0 l\u2019ail. Pour cela, il vous faut un demi-kilo de haricots plats et quelques gousses d\u2019ail. Lavez les haricots et retirez les bouts. Faites-les blanchir dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, puis mettez les haricots dans une passoire et laissez refroidir un peu. Placez-les dans un bol, puis ajoutez quelques gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, de l\u2019huile et quelques gouttes de vinaigre de vin blanc. Salez et poivrez, c\u2019est tout. Ce plat peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 en tant que salade, mais aussi en accompagnement des diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4tis. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer une sorte de rago\u00fbt de haricots et de poulet. Il vous faut environ un kilo de haricots plats, six cuisses de poulet sup\u00e9rieures, un demi-litre de jus de tomates, un poivron, deux oignons, une carotte, de l\u2019aneth frais et de la paprika. Enfin n\u2019oubliez pas de pr\u00e9voir quelques gousses d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive, faites dorer les cuisses de poulet dans un peu d\u2019huile de tournesol. Coupez les oignons, le poivron et la carotte en brunoise. Mettez ce m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes dans la m\u00eame casserole et rabaissez un peu le feu. M\u00e9langez bien, salez et poivrez et ajoutez une tasse d\u2019eau, avant de couvrir et de laisser mijoter pendant une vingtaine de minutes. Lavez bien les haricots et enlevez leurs bouts avant de les mettre dans la m\u00eame casserole. Recouvrez d\u2019eau et laisser bouillir pendant une autre vingtaine de minutes. N\u2019oubliez pas de go\u00fbter les haricots de temps en temps, pour qu\u2019ils soient cuits, mais aussi al dente. Ajoutez aussi le jus de tomates et mettez la casserole au four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pour une autre demi-heure.
