On les sert g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accompagn\u00e9s de polenta et dun peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Cest un plat qui est toujours pr\u00e9sent sur la table des Roumains les jours de f\u00eate : No\u00ebl, P\u00e2ques, noces, bapt\u00eame, etc. Pourtant, attention, la recette n&rsquo;est pas facile \u00e0 faire !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les ingr\u00e9dients, il vous faudrait un chou en saumure achet\u00e9 dans un magasin de produits sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la cuisine de l&rsquo;Europe de l&rsquo;Est, quelque 500 g de viande hach\u00e9e de veau et de porc, un gros oignon, une botte de persil, un \u0153uf, quelques feuilles de laurier, 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de riz rond, une petite bo\u00eete de coulis de tomate, sel, poivre, huile de tournesol, un verre de vin blanc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Commencer par pr\u00e9parer la farce : dans un bol ou un saladier, m\u00e9langer la viande avec loignon pr\u00e9alablement hach\u00e9, la botte de persil finement cisel\u00e9, le riz et l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Saler et poivrer. Une fois la farce termin\u00e9e, prendre une feuille de chou, y d\u00e9poser une cuiller\u00e9e de farce et rouler le tout. Attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas trop de m\u00e9lange et que le tout ne d\u00e9borde pas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois roul\u00e9, enfoncer le bout de chou vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du rouleau, pour que la farce ne sorte pas. Continuer \u00e0 faire des rouleaux jusqu\u00e0 ce que la farce se termine. Les rouleaux ainsi obtenu, rangez-les dans une marmite allant au four, en prenant soin de ne pas laisser despace libre entre les rouleaux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A la fin, recouvrir le tout de chou hach\u00e9 ou de choucroute, ajouter un verre d&rsquo;eau et un verre de vin blanc, les feuilles de laurier, couvrir la marmite et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux une heure et demie. Ensuite, enlever le couvercle, ajouter le coulis de tomate et enfourner \u00e0 210\u00b0 une demi-heure de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le plat prenne de belles couleurs. Servir chaud accompagn\u00e9 de polenta et dune bonne cuiller\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
