Son fruit est une capsule de forme pyramidale r\u00e9colt\u00e9e verte et employ\u00e9e comme l\u00e9gume et comme condiment. Il est notamment utilis\u00e9 dans des plats de la cuisine paysanne roumaine, tels les rago\u00fbts et les ratatouilles de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par une sorte de salade de gombos grill\u00e9s. Pour la pr\u00e9parer il vous faut un grill en fonte que vous mettez \u00e0 feu moyen. Mettez les gombos sur le grill et tournez-les de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour qu\u2019ils soient bien cuits. Mettez-les ensuite dans un bol. Saupoudrez-les de sel, ajoutez un peu d\u2019huile et quelques go\u00fbtes de vinaigre ainsi que deux ou trois gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter une tomate hach\u00e9e avant de laisser reposer pour au moins une demi-heure. Cuisin\u00e9s de cette mani\u00e8re, les gombos peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s en tant qu\u2019ap\u00e9ritif ou en accompagnement d\u2019un plat principal.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Mais les gombos peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement inclus dans toute sorte de rago\u00fbts. Aujourd\u2019hui je vous propose de pr\u00e9parer un rago\u00fbt de gombos au poulet. Il vous faut un demi-kilo de gombos, entre 350 et 400 grammes de viande de poulet (blanc de poulet ou cuisses d\u00e9soss\u00e9es), deux oignons, une botte de persil et une autre d\u2019aneth, deux tomates, un demi-litre de jus de tomates, 2 cuiller\u00e9es de farine et des herbes : marjolaine, romarin, thym, paprika et deux feuilles de laurier.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faites blanchir les gombos dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Coupez les oignons en brunoise et faites-les dorer un peu dans de l\u2019huile. Faites de m\u00eame avec la viande de poulet coup\u00e9e en cubes d\u2019environ 2 centim\u00e8tres de c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis ajoutez la farine et m\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement. Hachez les tomates et ajoutez-les dans la casserole \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres ingr\u00e9dients. Ajoutez \u00e9galement le jus de tomates et les gombos, ainsi que les herbes et laissez mijoter pendant une demi-heure environ. Salez et poivrez. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement mettre la casserole au four pendant une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Juste avant de servir, parsemez le rago\u00fbt de gombos de persil et d\u2019aneth finement hach\u00e9s. Ce plat peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une salade de choux nouveau \u00e0 l\u2019aneth et d\u2019un verre de vin blanc du genre Feteasca Alba tr\u00e8s bien refroidi.
