Commen\u00e7ons par la p\u00e2te. Evidemment, vous pouvez l\u2019acheter en surgel\u00e9 ou d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e au supermarch\u00e9, mais vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te vous m\u00eame \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela il vous faut un demi kilo de farine de bl\u00e9, une petite cuiller\u00e9e de sel, 200 millilitres d\u2019eau froide et un peu d\u2019huile. M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une p\u00e2te assez ferme, \u00e0 partager en 5 ou 6 boules. Avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, \u00e9tendez la p\u00e2te afin d\u2019obtenir des feuilles des plus fines.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Passons maintenant \u00e0 la recette de friand. Il vous faut environ un kilo de telemea (un genre de fromage sal\u00e9, saumur\u00e9, plut\u00f4t sec, de ch\u00e8vre ou de brebis), une dizaine d\u2019\u0153ufs, 300 grammes de cr\u00e8me aigre ou de yaourt grec et un peu de sel. Emiettez le fromage et m\u00e9langez-le avec environ 7 \u0153ufs. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des raisins secs et du sucre afin d\u2019obtenir une farce sucr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A commencer par ce moment, vous pouvez soit superposer des feuilles de p\u00e2te en les alternant avec la farce soit les rouler autour de la farce. Posez le rouleau en spirale dans le moule rond \u00e0 tarte, huil\u00e9 d\u2019avance. Il faut ensuite m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me avec les \u0153ufs avec un fouet. Versez ce m\u00e9lange sur la tarte et mettez-la au four \u00e0 feu moyen, 180 degr\u00e9s environ, pour une vingtaine de minutes. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement renoncer au m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me et d\u2019\u0153ufs si vous souhaitez obtenir plut\u00f4t des feuilles croustillantes qu\u2019un friand onctueux. Faites attention aussi \u00e0 choisir un moule \u00e0 tarte plut\u00f4t haut puisque le volume du friand doublera pendant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, la placinta dobrogeana peut \u00eatre servie chaude ou froide, accompagn\u00e9e de yaourt gras ou d\u2019un ou de plusieurs verres de vin blanc.
