Finalement, vous pouvez utiliser un mix de champignons afin de combiner les diff\u00e9rentes saveurs et textures.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Il vous faut donc environ un kilo de champignons, un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olives et une noix de beurre, trois oignons moyens, aneth et persil, une t\u00eate d\u2019ail, sel et poivre. Nettoyez et coupez les champignons en lamelles et les oignons en julienne. Faites dorer un peu les oignons dans un m\u00e9lange d\u2019huile d\u2019olives et de beurre dans une casserole ou un wok. Ajoutez les champignons progressivement pour qu\u2019elles ne laissent pas trop de liquide dans la casserole. M\u00e9langez bien, ajoutez du jus de tomates ou bien des tomates hach\u00e9es et le persil et l\u2019aneth. Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant une quarantaine de minutes. Au lieu du jus de tomates vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, que vous pouvez ajouter \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Une autre variante de ce plat est la \u00ab ciulama \u00bb, soit une sorte de sauce blanche. Pour cela il faut faire bouillir les champignons dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Puis, apr\u00e8s avoir dor\u00e9 les oignons, ajoutez dans la casserole une cuiller\u00e9e de farine de bl\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement. Finalement ajoutez les champignons et recouvrez-les de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Ajoutez de l\u2019ail et de l\u2019aneth finement hach\u00e9 et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant une trentaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Tout rago\u00fbt de champignons peut \u00eatre servi accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une belle polenta roumaine. Pas de probl\u00e8me si vous mettez aussi un beau r\u00f4ti de mouton, tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en cette saison.
