Pelez la citrouille et passez-l\u00e0 par une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes. Mettez la citrouille r\u00e2p\u00e9e dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen avec la moiti\u00e9 de la quantit\u00e9 de sucre. Le reste du sucre, vous l\u2019ajouterez selon votre propre go\u00fbt. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une farce homog\u00e8ne, coupez le feu et attendez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que sa temp\u00e9rature baisse un peu. Ajoutez la chapelure ou les biscuits bris\u00e9s et la cannelle et m\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement. Si cette composition vous semble trop liquide, ajoutez-y deux cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019amidon.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Laissez la farce reposer un peu, le temps de pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te. Pour cela il vous faut 600 grammes de farine de bl\u00e9 du type triple 0, 20 grammes de levure, 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de sucre, 6 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile, un peu de sel et environ 350 ml d\u2019eau chaude. Mettez la farine dans un bol et formez un petit crat\u00e8re dans lequel vous devez mettre la levure et le sucre dissous dans la moiti\u00e9 de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau chaude. Puis m\u00e9langez en ajoutant le reste d\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne, plut\u00f4t \u00e9lastique. Partagez-la en trois et commencez \u00e0 la modeler sans attendre que son volume augmente.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Huilez un plan de travail et formez des feuilles fines, d\u2019environ 3 ou quatre mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau. Evidemment, les feuilles devraient avoir la dimension du r\u00e9cipient dans lequel vous allez cuire le g\u00e2teau. Mettez la farce de citrouille sur la feuille et roulez-la, puis collez les bouts et posez ce rouleau sur du papier parchemin dans un r\u00e9cipient qui va au four. Celui-ci devrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire le g\u00e2teau pendant 40 ou 50 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien dor\u00e9. Puis faites sortir le g\u00e2teau du four et saupoudrez-le de sucre en poudre.
