Les beignets aux prunes ou les \u00ab gombotzi \u00bb, comme on les appelle en Transylvanie sont un dessert tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pourtant si la recette vous r\u00e9ussit, vous obtiendrez un dessert qui comporte toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques des sucreries haut de gamme : doux, mais aussi un peu aigre, moelleux, mais aussi croquant.  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Il vous faut un kilo de prunes, un kilo de pommes de terre et un peu de farine de bl\u00e9, un \u0153uf, de la chapelure, du sucre brun et de la cannelle un peu d\u2019huile et du sel. Lavez rigoureusement les pommes de terre, puis mettez-les bouillir dans leur peau dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Pelez-les, puis pr\u00e9parez une sorte de pur\u00e9e que vous laissez refroidir un peu. Ajoutez ensuite un peu de farine et le jaune d\u2019un \u0153uf. M\u00e9langez bien jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous obtenez une sorte de p\u00e2te que vous devez partager en carr\u00e9s. Mettez une prune sans  noyau dans le carr\u00e9 de p\u00e2te et formez une sorte de bille que vous devez ensuite mettre dans de l\u2019eau bouillante. Sachez qu\u2019au lieu du noyau, vous pouvez mettre dans la prune du sucre m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec de la cannelle, une astuce qui ne fera qu\u2019augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Les beignets sont cuits au moment o\u00f9 ils commencent \u00e0 flotter \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019eau. Retirez-les de la casserole et mettez-les dans une passoire pour quelques minutes. M\u00e9langez la chapelure avec du sucre brun, un peu de cannelle et m\u00eame des noix \u00e9cras\u00e9es. Vous pouvez enrichir la recette en passant la chapelure dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen dans laquelle vous mettez une noix de beurre ou de margarine. Passez les beignets dans ce m\u00e9lange pour quil les recouvre totalement. Voil\u00e0 que les gombotzi sont pr\u00eats. On peut les consommer tels quels, ou bien recouverts de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et de confiture.
