Vous avez besoin d\u2019un kilo de choux frais ou de choucroute, de 300 grammes de nouilles ou de tagliatelles, 2 ou trois cuiller\u00e9es de coulis de tomates, d\u2019un peu de thym, d\u2019un gros oignon et d\u2019un ou deux poivrons.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Les nouilles, vous pouvez les pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eames. M\u00e9langez  150 grammes de farine de bl\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u0153uf et \u00e0 deux cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019eau froide. La p\u00e2te que vous obtiendrez ainsi, vous la laissez reposer pendant une quinzaine de minutes avant de la transformer en une feuille d\u2019un ou deux mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Laissez la feuille reposer pendant une autre quinzaine de minutes, puis coupez-la en tagliatelles selon votre propre choix. Vous pouvez toutefois utiliser n\u2019importe quel genre de tagliatelles, pennes, maltagliati ou autres spaghettis italiens. Faits maison ou bien achet\u00e9s, les nouilles, vous devez les faire bouillir dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Entre temps, coupez le choux en julienne, tout comme l\u2019oignon et les poivrons. Ces deux derniers l\u00e9gumes, sautez-les dans une casserole plut\u00f4t grande dans laquelle vous mettez aussi le choux ou la choucroute. M\u00e9langez bien et ajoutez les tomates et les p\u00e2tes avant de recouvrir ce m\u00e9lange d\u2019eau. Poivrez et salez si vous utilisez du choux frais. Au cas o\u00f9 vous utilisez de la choucroute, faites attention \u00e0 ne pas y ajouter du sel. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter du paprika ou du thym, si vous voulez.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>La casserole de choux aux nouilles, vous pouvez aussi la mettre au four pendant une dizaine de minutes, apr\u00e8s quoi parsemez d\u2019aneth finement hach\u00e9, juste avant de servir.  Faites attention \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 de condiments que vous mettez dans ce plat, afin de la r\u00e9gler conform\u00e9ment au go\u00fbt du plat principal. Si vous choisissez de l\u2019associer aux saucisses piment\u00e9es de Transylvanie appel\u00e9es \u00ab v\u00e2rsli \u00bb, par exemple, il vaut mieux renoncer au paprika !
