On trouve des \u0153ufs farcis avec toute sorte de m\u00e9langes \u00e0 base de mayonnaise, de fromages, de p\u00e2t\u00e9 de foie de poulet, de poisson fum\u00e9 et de l\u00e9gumes. Et pourtant la farce classique qui inclut de la mayo et du p\u00e2t\u00e9 est la plus r\u00e9pandue.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi ces mets peuvent s\u2019av\u00e9rer indigestes ; ils sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux qui se confrontent \u00e0 de hauts niveaux du cholest\u00e9rol. Commen\u00e7ons par une farce \u00e0 base de mayonnaise et de cornichons au vinaigre. Faites bouillir six oeufs, enlevez les coquilles, puis coupez les \u0153ufs en deux et retirez les jaunes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez une mayonnaise avec un des jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf bouilli, puis ajoutez d\u2019autres jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la farce devienne un peu plus ferme qu\u2019une mayonnaise normale. Ajoutez ensuite de l\u2019aneth et un cornichon moyen finement hach\u00e9 pour un peu plus d\u2019acidit\u00e9. Salez et poivrez la farce avant de la mettre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des blancs d\u2019\u0153uf \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille. Une autre farce implique du p\u00e2t\u00e9 et des champignons. Lavez et hachez six ou sept champignons de Paris, que vous devez ensuite faire bouillir dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant une vingtaine de minutes. Hachez \u00e9galement deux cornichons au vinaigre.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir dans une po\u00eale 200 grammes de foie de poulet. Dans un bol m\u00e9langez ensuite le foie pass\u00e9 par le hachoir du robot de cuisine \u00e0 une cuiller\u00e9e de beurre, trois jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf durs et aux cornichons. A la fin, vous pouvez \u00e9galement incorporer de l\u2019aneth. Placez cette farce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des demi-blancs d\u2019\u0153uf puis d\u00e9corez avec de la mayonnaise et de l\u2019aneth frais. Finalement, je vous propose une farce un peu plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 base de fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te fra\u00eeche du genre ricotta, que les Roumains appellent br\u00e2nz\u0103 de vaci, litt\u00e9ralement fromage de vache, du fromage blanc ou frais si vous voulez.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez 150 grammes de fromage avec des herbes (persil et basilic par exemple). Ajoutez-y aussi deux cuiller\u00e9es de mayonnaise faite maison mais ne m\u00e9langez pas trop rigoureusement pour qu\u2019\u00e0 la fin les traces de mayonnaise puissent \u00eatre facilement identifi\u00e9es dans la farce.
