Pour le pr\u00e9parer il vous faut : 150 grammes de riz, deux oignons, une carotte, deux ou trois poivrons moyens, et dans ce cas il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019utiliser des poivrons de diff\u00e9rentes couleurs : vert, rouge, jaune, orange, 100 grammes de petits pois, trois tomates ou une canette de tomates hach\u00e9es ou encore du coulis de tomates, 600 ml de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, de l\u2019huile de tournesol, une botte de persil et du poivre du moulin.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par couper les oignons et les carottes en brunoise et les poivrons en julienne. Lavez les tomates, pelez-les et hachez-les en cubes. Mettez l\u2019huile dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais \u00e0 feu moyen et faites dorer les oignons. Ajoutez ensuite les carottes, les poivrons et puis un peu de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes suffisamment pour que les l\u00e9gumes puissent commencer \u00e0 cuire. Ajoutez ensuite le riz et le reste du bouillon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz ne soit plus ferme. C\u2019est le moment d\u2019ajouter les tomates ou le coulis de tomates et un peu de poivre du moulin, avant de saler \u00e0 votre propre go\u00fbt. Finalement, vous pouvez verser le riz dans une cocotte en verre qui va au four et l\u2019introduire dans le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pour une quinzaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Avant de servir n\u2019oubliez pas de parsemer le riz \u00e0 la serbe avec du persil frais finement hach\u00e9. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement transformer cette recette en ajoutant au d\u00e9but des cubes de blanc de poulet ou bien vous pouvez garder ce plat exclusivement v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. Le riz \u00e0 la serbe peut inclure aussi du panais, du c\u00e9leri rave, des courgettes par exemple et pourquoi pas des champignons de Paris. Le choix est \u00e0 vous !
