Normalement, le drob se fait avec des abats d\u2019agneau ou de poulet, mais ceux qui ne veulent pas manger de viande peuvent essayer aussi la variante \u00e0 base de champignons. Pour la pr\u00e9parer il vous faut environ un kilo de champignons, soit 700 grammes de champignons de Paris et 300 grammes de pleurotes, un gros oignon et 3 bottes de ciboulette, 2 ou 3 bottes d\u2019ail vert que vous pouvez remplacer par 3 ou 4 gousses d\u2019ail,  deux bottes de persil, 6 \u0153ufs, 3 ou 4 cuiller\u00e9es de chapelure, un poivron rouge, un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et 250 grammes de fromage du genre gruy\u00e8re, deux cuiller\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me aigre, sel et poivre du moulin.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Les champignons, vous devez les laver et les couper en cubes d\u2019environ un centim\u00e8tre de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Prenez une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais ou bien un wok de grandes dimensions. Mettez le r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 feu moyen et mettez-y un peu d\u2019huile. Commencez \u00e0 sauter les champignons progressivement. Evitez de mettre dans la casserole trop de champignons pour qu\u2019ils ne laissent pas trop d\u2019eau. Apr\u00e8s une dizaine de minutes enlevez les champignons et placez-les sur une serviette de cuisine en papier. Entre temps, hachez les oignons, le poivron et l\u2019ail, avant de les faire sauter pendant quelques minutes dans de l\u2019huile. Apr\u00e8s trois ou quatre minutes vous pouvez ajouter les champignons et le persil finement hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Battez quatre \u0153ufs et m\u00e9langez-les au fromage et \u00e0 la chapelure. Cette farce, vous devez ensuite la m\u00e9langer aux l\u00e9gumes au moment o\u00f9 leur temp\u00e9rature a baiss\u00e9. Salez et poivrez. Prenez un moule \u00e0 terrine et huilez-le, avant d\u2019y mettre un peu de chapelure. Versez-y le m\u00e9lange de champignons et de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient battez deux \u0153ufs et deux cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me, avant de saler selon votre go\u00fbt. Ce m\u00e9lange, vous devez le verser sur la terrine pour former une sorte de cro\u00fbte. Finalement, la terrine doit passer par le four pendant une trentaine de minutes tout au plus. La servir froide, en tranches, en tant qu\u2019entr\u00e9e.
