Les puristes qui souhaitent rester tout pr\u00e8s de la recette d\u2019origine doivent savoir qu\u2019il faut creuser un trou dans la terre dans lequel vous devez pr\u00e9parer un feu pr\u00e8s duquel on pose le poisson perc\u00e9 par une branche d\u2019arbre. Mais on peut obtenir presque le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat en utilisant un barbecue au charbon. De toute fa\u00e7on c\u2019est plus simple et plus propre.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Prenez une carpe moyenne, voire grande d\u2019environ un kilo et demi, deux kilos tout au plus. Nettoyez-la et enlevez les \u00e9cailles, ainsi que les branchies. Huilez le poisson avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et parsemez-le avec du sel de mer et du thym. Pr\u00e9parez les charbons et posez le poisson sur le grill. Evidemment vous devez faire attention \u00e0 la distance entre le charbon et le grill, pour ne pas br\u00fbler le poisson. Attendez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une cro\u00fbte se forme sur la peau de la carpe expos\u00e9e \u00e0 la chaleur, avant de la tourner sur l\u2019autre c\u00f4te. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 plusieurs reprises jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poisson soit bien cuit \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A la fin vous pouvez le poser sur un plateau et le parsemer de persil finement hach\u00e9 et de tranches de tomates. L\u2019accompagnement traditionnel pour la carpe cuite ainsi est la polenta et il ne faut pas oublier non plus de pr\u00e9pare un \u00ab <strong>mujdei <\/strong>\u00bb, une sorte de mousse d\u2019ail ou d\u2019a\u00efoli si vous voulez.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer une \u00ab <strong>saramura <\/strong>\u00bb de carpe, un autre plat traditionnel roumain qui est assez sal\u00e9 dans sa variante d\u2019origine. Coupez le poisson en tranches de trois centim\u00e8tres d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et posez-les sur un lit de sel sur une plancha \u00e0 feu moyen. Evidemment, vous pouvez r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sel en pr\u00e9parant le poisson directement sur un grill.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A la fin posez les pi\u00e8ces de poisson dans une cocotte en verre par exemple et recouvrez-les de rondelles de piment, de poivrons et de tomates. Parsemez aussi du persil finement hach\u00e9, de l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 et salez si vous avez cuit le poisson au grill avant de recouvrir le tout d\u2019eau bouillonnante.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit la recette choisie n\u2019oubliez pas de pr\u00e9voir du vin blanc demi-sec ou un bon ros\u00e9 frais.
