Cest le moment attendu par les p\u00eacheurs qui cherchent \u00e0 capturer ce poisson saisonnier, qui p\u00e8se entre 200 et 600 grammes, et dont la longueur \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 ne d\u00e9passe pas les 30 centim\u00e8tres. Cest pourquoi son apparition dans les poissonneries de Roumanie est synonyme avec larriv\u00e9e du beau temps et annonce en quelque sorte les vacances d\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Cest pourquoi fa\u00e7on la plus commune de pr\u00e9parer lalose de la mer Noire est directement sur le grill \u00e0 charbon, dans le jardin sous un beau soleil de fin de printemps, d\u00e9but d\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais si vous ne disposez pas dun barbecue, dun jardin et du beau temps, vous pouvez \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9parer au four dans une papillote en papier parchemin. Pour cela, lalose \u00e9visc\u00e9r\u00e9e et bien lav\u00e9e, vous devez la saler avec du sel marin et la remplir dherbes \u2013 de persil par exemple. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement conserver lalose de la mer Noire dans du vinaigre. Retirer les t\u00eates des poissons \u00e9visc\u00e9r\u00e9s et bien nettoy\u00e9s. Coupes-les en tranches denviron trois centim\u00e8tres, que vous devez laver soigneusement dans de leau froide avant de les mettre ensuite dans un bac \u00e0 sel. Posez ce bac au frigo pendant 24 heures. Le lendemain, lavez les morceaux de poisson et posez-les dans une casserole, avant de les recouvrir de vinaigre de vin blanc.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Mettez-les ensuite au frigo pour 24 heures. Puis vous devez les rincer deau froide et les laisser pendant quelques minutes dans une passoire. Enfin mettez les morceau dalose dans des bocaux et parsemez de graines de poivre et de moutarde, quelques rondelles d\u00e9chalote et de carotte, une feuille de laurier et quelques olives noires. Versez ensuite le vinaigre utilis\u00e9 pendant l\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et enfin un peu dhuile dolive. Faites attention \u00e0 laisser un peu de la place dans les bocaux, environ deux centim\u00e8tres entre le contenu et le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les bocaux vous pouvez les st\u00e9riliser au bain-marie avant de les pr\u00e9server pendant plusieurs semaines au frais. Lalose marin\u00e9e peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e en entr\u00e9e ou bien en salade.
