C\u00f4t\u00e9 ingr\u00e9dients, il vous faut 8 \u0153ufs, 8 cuiller\u00e9es de sucre, soit environ 200 grammes, 4 cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile de tournesol, 10 cuiller\u00e9es de farine, soit 250 grammes, du sucre vanill\u00e9, un peu de zeste de citron, un peu de sel et un kilo de griottes. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Lavez les griottes, enlevez les p\u00e9pins avant de les laisser pour quelque temps dans une passoire. S\u00e9parez les blanc des \u0153ufs et montez-les en neige en les m\u00e9langeant avec le sucre. Ajoutez peu \u00e0 peu les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf, le sucre vanill\u00e9, le sel et le zeste de citron. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mixeur \u00e0 basse vitesse ajoutez peu \u00e0 peu la moiti\u00e9 de la quantit\u00e9 de farine, l&rsquo;huile et puis toute la farine qui vous reste. Ce m\u00e9lange vous devez ensuite le verser dans une moule \u00e0 tarte recouverte de papier de cuisson. Les griottes bien s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, vous devez les ajouter au g\u00e2teau l&rsquo;une apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Essayez de jeter quelques-uns plus fort et de poser d\u00e9licatement d&rsquo;autres pour que les fruits soient dispos\u00e9s d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re uniforme aux diff\u00e9rents niveaux du g\u00e2teau. Il faut \u00e9viter que les fruits coulent jusqu&rsquo;au fond de la tarte pour former une couche compacte. Enfin introduisez la tarte au four d\u00e9j\u00e0 chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s et laissez-la cuire pour environ 25 minutes. V\u00e9rifiez de temps en temps qu&rsquo;elle ne noircit pas \u00e0 la surface. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Une fois la tarte sortie du four, laissez-la reposer pendant une bonne demi-heure avant de la parsemer de sucre vanill\u00e9 et de la couper en morceaux.
