{"id":429893,"date":"2015-08-05T13:13:00","date_gmt":"2015-08-05T10:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/le-roumain-mot-a-mot\/consulter-les-lecons\/moussaka-daubergines-id429893.html"},"modified":"2015-08-05T13:13:00","modified_gmt":"2015-08-05T10:13:00","slug":"moussaka-daubergines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/fr\/nos-emissions\/le-plat-du-jour\/moussaka-daubergines-id429893.html","title":{"rendered":"Moussaka d&rsquo;aubergines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour le pr\u00e9parer, il vous faut une ou deux belles aubergines, un demi kilo de viande hach\u00e9e, de b\u0153uf, si possible, un demi kilo de tomates bien m\u00fbres, deux oignons, un gros poivron rouge, 300 grammes de fromage ferme du type gruy\u00e8re ou bien moelleux du type mozzarella, un peu de basilic et d&rsquo;origan, quelques gousses d&rsquo;ail et une botte de persil. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives, faites sauter les oignons hach\u00e9s en brunoise, le poivron et les gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es. Ensuite, ajoutez la viande hach\u00e9e et faites-l\u00e0 dorer avant d&rsquo;ajouter les tomates. Laissez mijoter, puis salez, poivrez et ajoutez les herbes, soit le basilic et l&rsquo;origan. A la fin de la cuisson, ajoutez les \u0153ufs battus et laissez le m\u00e9lange reposer un peu. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite coupez les aubergines en rondelles et faites-les dorer dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive avec un peu d&rsquo;huile ou bien faites-le cuire un peu sur un grill. Dans une cocotte en verre qui va au four, posez une premi\u00e8re couche de rondelles d&rsquo;aubergines et puis alternez les couches de viande et d&rsquo;aubergines. Faites attention \u00e0 ce que la derni\u00e8re couche soit d&rsquo;aubergines. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Puis, vous devez recouvrir la moussaka de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9  avant de la mettre au four, \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s, pendant une demi-heure ou trois quarts d&rsquo;heure environ. La moussaka est servie aussi bien chaude que froide, avec du yaourt et du persil finement hach\u00e9 sur le dessus, et accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un verre de vin blanc tr\u00e8s bien refroidi.
