Une autre variante, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s avoir go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 ce plat, il aurait appris que sa pr\u00e9paration avait impliqu\u00e9 une quantit\u00e9 impressionnante d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, particuli\u00e8rement cher. Alors il s&rsquo;est \u00e9vanoui. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9parer il vous faut quatre aubergines moyennes ou plut\u00f4t petites, 1 gros oignon, 1 poivron rouge et un autre jaune, 6 gousses d&rsquo;ail, quatre tomates, 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de coulis de tomates, une demi petite cuiller\u00e9e de cannelle et une petite cuiller\u00e9e de sucre, sel et poivre du moulin. Coupez les aubergines en moiti\u00e9s dans la longueur du l\u00e9gume. Avec une cuill\u00e8re, retirez la chair des aubergines et hachez-la. Coupez les oignons en rondelles, ainsi que les poivrons. Mettez quatre cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une casserole et faites dorer les oignons et les poivrons avant d&rsquo;ajouter les morceaux de chair d&rsquo;aubergine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 et le coulis de tomates ainsi que les condiments et autres herbes. M\u00e9langez bien et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant une quinzaine de minutes. Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau si besoin est. Enfin, mettez ce m\u00e9lange dans les aubergines dans une casserole qui va au four. Recouvrez les aubergines de rondelles de tomates et d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avant de fourrer pendant une demi-heure environ \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s. Le plat est servi en entr\u00e9e, recouvert de yaourt et de persil finement hach\u00e9, mais il peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 aussi froid.
