Ces ingr\u00e9dients sont assez pr\u00e9sents dans la cuisine roumaine o\u00f9 ils servent de base pour toute sorte de soupes et de rago\u00fbts faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Par exemple, il y a deux d\u00e9clinaisons du rago\u00fbt de champignons, l&rsquo;un implique une sauce tomate alors que l&rsquo;autre appel\u00e9 \u00ab ciulama \u00bb est assorti d&rsquo;une sauce blanche. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour ces deux recettes il vous faut pour chaque kilo de champignons de Paris ou pleurotes, une grosse carotte, deux ou trois oignons et un c\u00e9leri-rave. Faites bouillir les champignons dans une casserole, puis passez-les par une passoire. Dans la m\u00eame casserole, faites dorer les l\u00e9gumes dans de l&rsquo;huile de tournesol et ajoutez-y une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de farine. Ajoutez ensuite environ 500 ml de coulis de tomates, puis les champignons. Salez et poivrez, mettez-y aussi du thym et une ou deux feuilles de laurier. Laissez mijoter ensuite  pendant quelques dizaines de minutes, tout en y ajoutant de l&rsquo;eau si besoin est. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour la ciulama, vous devez y mettre un peu plus de farine, soit environ deux cuiller\u00e9es et ensuite du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes en \u00e9bullition. M\u00e9langez bien et laissez mijoter quelques minutes \u00e0 feu doux pour que la sauce se r\u00e9duise un peu. Les deux rago\u00fbts de champignons s&rsquo;accompagnent \u00e0 merveille avec une belle polenta chaude et des l\u00e9gumes en saumure. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Et si je viens de mentionner la polenta, je vous signale aussi que vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer une sorte de polenta aux champignons et aux tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Faites bouillir un demi kilo de champignons de Paris avant de commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la polenta. Versez peu \u00e0 peu environ 250 grammes de semoule de ma\u00efs dans un litre d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e en \u00e9bullition, tout en m\u00e9langeant avec un fouet. Puis ajoutez-y les champignons de Paris et des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. M\u00e9langez avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pendant une trentaine de minutes. Huilez une cocotte en verre thermor\u00e9sistant avant de verser la polenta.
