Servi en tant que petit d\u00e9jeuner, ou comme go\u00fbter d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s midi, entre devoirs et jeux, le g\u00e2teau de spaghettis au fromage figure sur la liste de recettes de toute maman roumaine qui se respecte. Ce qui est aussi int\u00e9ressant, c&rsquo;est que si vous en pr\u00e9parez trop, vous pouvez le garder au frigo pendant quelques jours. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Il vous faut un demi-paquet de spaghettis de taille moyenne, 5 \u0153ufs, 80 millilitres de lait, 4 cuiller\u00e9es de sucre, 250 grammes de fromage blanc, un peu de vanille et 20 grammes de beurre. Faites bouillir les p\u00e2tes al dente. Entre temps, faites battre l&rsquo;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langez-le au sucre, au fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et \u00e0 la vanille. Au moment o\u00f9 les spaghettis sont pr\u00eats, passez-les par une passoire et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 la composition d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenue. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Prenez un r\u00e9cipient en verre qui va au four et beurrez-le, avant d&rsquo;y mettre les p\u00e2tes. Recouvrez-les avec ce m\u00e9lange et m\u00e9langez attentivement en y ajoutant quelques raisins secs si vous en avez. Mettez au four \u00e0 feu moyen, soit \u00e0 environ 180 degr\u00e9s, pendant une vingtaine de minutes tout au plus. Sachez que le g\u00e2teau doit \u00eatre un peu mou une fois sorti du four, sinon il sera trop sec. Recouvrez le r\u00e9cipient d&rsquo;un film en aluminium et laissez reposer et refroidir. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez le servir recouvert de quelques gouttes de miel.
