Sachez d&rsquo;abord que la contr\u00e9e de Rucar se trouve dans&#13;<br \/>\nle nord de la r\u00e9gion historique roumaine de Valachie, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec la&#13;<br \/>\nr\u00e9gion de Transylvanie. Vu que la contr\u00e9e de Rucar est connue \u00e0 travers le pays&#13;<br \/>\npour ses fromages matur\u00e9s de type cascaval et que la r\u00e9gion avoisinante de&#13;<br \/>\nBrasov est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses pommes de terre, l&rsquo;apparition d&rsquo;un plat appel\u00e9&#13;<br \/>\npommes de terre farcis semble tout \u00e0 fait normale.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 est le&#13;<br \/>\nr\u00e9sultat de plusieurs ingr\u00e9dients simples \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, mais qu&rsquo;il faut bien&#13;<br \/>\nchoisir si on veut obtenir des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels. Il vous faut un kilo de&#13;<br \/>\npommes de terre bien grandes, 2 ou 3 \u0153ufs, 300 grammes de lardons fum\u00e9s, 250&#13;<br \/>\ngrammes de champignons de Paris, 300 grammes de lard fum\u00e9 coup\u00e9 en tranches&#13;<br \/>\ntr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s fines, 2 ou 3 cuiller\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me fraiche et 200 grammes de cascaval&#13;<br \/>\nde Rucar. C\u00f4t\u00e9 herbes et condiments, il vous faut du thym, sel et poivre du&#13;<br \/>\nmoulin.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez&#13;<br \/>\nles pommes de terre, lavez-les et mettez-les bouillir dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e. Entre&#13;<br \/>\ntemps, coupez les champignons et faites les sauter aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des lardons.&#13;<br \/>\nBattez les \u0153ufs et r\u00e2pez le fromage. Au moment ou les pommes de terre sont&#13;<br \/>\ncuites, mais toujours fermes, retirez-les et mettez-les dans une passoire.&#13;<br \/>\nCreusez un trou sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 des pommes de terre, avant de les poser dans une&#13;<br \/>\ncocotte en verre qui va au four. M\u00e9langez les lardons et les champignons aux&#13;<br \/>\nautres ingr\u00e9dients : fromage, \u0153ufs, cr\u00e8me et ajoutez le thym. Salez et&#13;<br \/>\npoivrez avant de farcir les pommes de terre. Sur chacune de celles-ci, poser&#13;<br \/>\nune fine tranche de lard fum\u00e9, avant d&rsquo;enfourner pour une demi-heure ou 45&#13;<br \/>\nminutes environ. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Vous&#13;<br \/>\npouvez accompagner ce plat de l\u00e9gumes en saumure, mais n&rsquo;oubliez pas de pr\u00e9voir&#13;<br \/>\nun bon rouge du genre Cabernet Sauvignon de Dealu Mare par exemple.
