Pour pr\u00e9parer cette soupe il vous faut une citrouille moyenne, un gros oignon, quelques 200 ml de coulis de poivrons rouge, quatre gros poivrons rouges, quelque 400 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, une noix de beurre et quelques graines de potiron d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es et des noix si possible. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Commencez par faire griller des poivrons sur un grill, une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive ou dans le four ou tout simplement sur une t\u00f4le \u00e0 feu moyen. Mettez les poivrons dans un bol, salez et recouvrez d&rsquo;un torchon de cuisine. Apr\u00e8s une trentaine de minutes, vous pouvez les peler et s\u00e9parer la chair du milieu et des p\u00e9pins. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Entre temps pelez la citrouille et coupez-l\u00e0 en cubes moyens. Mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9 trois ou quatre cubes que vous pouvez couper ensuite en d\u00e8s. Faites bouillir le potiron dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les morceaux deviennent bien tendres, puis passez-les par une passoire. Dans la m\u00eame casserole faites dorer l&rsquo;oignon coup\u00e9 en brunoise dans un peu d&rsquo;huile de tournesol avant d&rsquo;ajouter le coulis de poivrons et les morceaux de potiron. A feu doux, m\u00e9langez bien pendant quelques minutes pour que les ingr\u00e9dients ne collent au fond de la casserole. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Vous devez recouvrer maintenant d&rsquo;eau ou de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et poursuivre la cuisson avant de passer tout les ingr\u00e9dients par un pied mixeur. Ensuite vous pouvez ajouter la cr\u00e8me, saler et poivrer. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de ne pas vous d\u00e9p\u00eacher, de bien patienter et de garder un feu aussi doux que possible. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Enfin dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, faites dorer les d\u00e8s de citrouille dans du beurre avant de les ajouter \u00e0 la soupe. Entre temps coupez les poivrons grill\u00e9s en lamelles et mettez-les \u00e9galement dans la casserole, avant de couper d\u00e9finitivement le feu. Servir d\u00e9cor\u00e9s de graines de citrouille et de noix.
