Il vous faut un choux-fleur plut\u00f4t grand, une dizaine d&rsquo;ailes de poulet, une carotte, un gros oignon, de l&rsquo;huile de tournesol, du beurre, cinq tomates pel\u00e9es ou bien une canette de tomates en jus, une belle botte de persil, sel et poivre du moulin. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Commencez par couper les ailes de poulet en deux parties, lavez-les puis laissez-les s\u00e9cher un peu. Ensuite coupez le chou-fleur en pi\u00e8ces pas trop petites que vous devez ensuite blanchir dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e pendant quelques minutes seulement. Laissez-les reposer ensuite dans une passoire. Vous pouvez tremper les morceaux de chou-fleur dans de l&rsquo;eau froide juste apr\u00e8s la cuisson si vous voulez obtenir des l\u00e9gumes pas trop tendres. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sortez une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive et mettez-y une noix de beurre, puis faites dorer les ailes de poulet pendant quelques minutes. Entre temps coupez les carottes et l&rsquo;oignon en brunoise.  Mettez les morceaux de poulet de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et dans les jus de cuisson faites sauter les l\u00e9gumes : carotte et oignon. Ajoutez de l&rsquo;huile de tournesol si besoin est. Ajoutez les tomates, les ailes de poulet, et recouvrez de boillon de l\u00e9gumes ; puis laissez mijoter pendant une vingtaine de minutes. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite ajoutez le chou-fleur et mettez-y un peu de coulis de tomates et du bouillon  de l\u00e9gumes si n\u00e9cessaire. Laissez mijoter \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 feu doux pendant une autre quinzaine de minutes. Avant de servir parsemez de persil finement hach\u00e9. Vous pouvez accompagner ce plat d&rsquo;un riz blanc ou bien d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre et pr\u00e9voyez aussi un vin blanc demi-sec bien refroidi.
