Bon, \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue cela semble compliqu\u00e9, voire impossible de mettre en \u0153uvre, mais finalement ce nest pas vraiment le cas. Il vous faut un four \u00e0 pizza au bois suffisamment grand pour accueillir votre \u0163est  roumain. Si vous avez un jardin cest plus simple, car celui-ci peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 pr\u00e8s du barbecue. Il vous faut \u00e9galement un \u00ab \u0163est \u00bb. Ne vous d\u00e9couragez pas, il y a des artisans roumains qui en fabriquent et on peut les acheter en ligne pour moins de 50 euros, plus frais de port. En labsence dun four, vous pouvez allumer le feu sur une dalle en b\u00e9ton par exemple, ou bien sur des briques et poser le \u00ab\u00a0\u0163est\u00a0\u00bb sur ceux-cis. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Bon, une fois munis de cette infrastructure, il vous faut aussi les ingr\u00e9dients. L\u00e0, cest plus simple : un demi-kilo de farine, du sel et de leau. Commencez par tamiser la farine afin denlever les impuret\u00e9s mais aussi de la\u00e9rer un peu. Laissez-la reposer au chaud, au couvert pendant une ou deux heures. Ensuite formez plusieurs tourtes plates. A laide dune fourchette, appliquez plusieurs trous, avant de mettre au four, sous le \u0163est. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Et maintenant, retour aux choses vraiment compliqu\u00e9es. Dans votre four \u00e0 pizza, posez le \u0163est inclin\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 45 degr\u00e9s. Vous devez le poser sur un support sp\u00e9cial ou bien repos\u00e9 sur une tige en m\u00e9tal. Faites un feu de bois sous le \u0163est afin de le chauffer jusqu\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez des braises allum\u00e9es. Retirez-les de sous le \u0163est, nettoyez soigneusement avec un petit balai lespace o\u00f9 il faut poser le pain. Mettez le pain sous le \u0163est et entourez-le de braises. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Laissez le pain cuire pendant une vingtaine de minutes et v\u00e9rifiez-le de temps en temps sil est bien cuit.  Bon, voil\u00e0, votre pain traditionnel roumain est pr\u00eat.
