Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui je vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 incontournable et pas ch\u00e8re qui abonde sur la c\u00f4te roumaine de la Mer Noire : les anchois frits. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Des restaurants de poissons et fruits de mer aux kiosques et aux vendeurs ambulants, les anchois frits sont \u00e0 retrouver partout sur la c\u00f4te roumaine de la Mer Noire. Et les Roumains en raffolent. D&rsquo;ailleurs, un des snacks pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s des touristes sur la plage sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces petits poissons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur un petit carton et accompagn\u00e9s de bi\u00e8re fra\u00eeche. Mais vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer ces poissons aussi chez vous puisqu&rsquo;ils sont disponibles dans les poissonni\u00e8res  des march\u00e9s et dans les hypermarch\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Commencez par nettoyer les poissons et m\u00eame si cette op\u00e9ration semble difficile et ennuyante, ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment le cas. En effet vous devez rompre la t\u00eate de chaque poisson et de retirer ainsi l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un seul coup. Puis vous devez saler les poissons et les laisser s\u00e9cher un peu. M\u00e9langez dans un plateau de la farine de bl\u00e9 \u00e0 la semoule de ma\u00efs. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Passez les poissons par ce m\u00e9lange avant de les faire dorer dans un bain d&rsquo;huile de tournesol. Apr\u00e8s deux ou trois minutes, vous pouvez les retirer et les mettre sur un torchon de cuisine en papier. Comme accompagnement, pr\u00e9voyez une belle polenta ou des frites. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter une salade de cornichons saumur\u00e9s. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de pr\u00e9parer une mousse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 avec de l&rsquo;huile et du persil finement hach\u00e9. Ou bien vous pouvez jeter aussi quelques gouttes de jus de citron.
