Lavez les haricots et retirez les bouts de chaque gousse. Puis rompez les gousses en morceaux de 5 cm chacune. Coupez les l\u00e9gumes (carottes, oignons, c\u00e9leri et poivrons) en cubes et faites les dorer dans un peu d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. Entre temps, faites blanchir les haricots dans de l&rsquo;eau un peu sal\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Puis, mettez en pluie une cuiller\u00e9e de farine sur les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9es et ensuite versez 200 ml de l&rsquo;eau utilis\u00e9 pour la cuisson des haricots sur les l\u00e9gumes et laissez cuire pendant quelques minutes. Vous pouvez ajouter les haricots et quelque 200 ml de coulis de tomates, ainsi que quelques gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, avant d&rsquo;enfourner pendant une demi-heure environ. A la fin, parsemez de persil finement hach\u00e9. Vous pouvez laisser les haricots dans cette variante v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, pour les utiliser en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement pour diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4tis. Mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer des haricots \u00e0 la viande de porc ou de poulet. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En ce cas, vous devez commencer par dorer les cubes de viande de porc ou les parties de poulet (cuisses et ailes par exemple) dans du beurre. Retirez-les de la po\u00eale et laissez-les reposer sur du papier cuisine pour quelques minutes. Dans la m\u00eame graisse ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes et faites-les sauter, avant de poursuivre la recette en ajoutant un peu de farine, du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et du coulis de tomates. Rajoutez ensuite la viande, juste avant d&rsquo;enfourner. N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus d&rsquo;ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le persil, \u00e9cras\u00e9 et respectivement hach\u00e9.
