Pour la pr\u00e9parer, il vous faut deux kilos de pommes rouges (parce que la plupart d&rsquo;entre elles sont sucr\u00e9es), 100 grammes de semoule, 200 millilitres de lait froid, 100 millilitres d&rsquo;huile de tournesol et bien s\u00fbr de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, que vous pouvez aussi acheter. Quant aux \u00e9pices, vous aurez besoin de sucre (la quantit\u00e9 de votre choix, mais nous vous recommandons 150 grammes) et de la cannelle en poudre (aussi selon votre go\u00fbt, nous proposons 10 grammes).<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;abord il faut r\u00e2per les pommes dans un bol, ajouter ensuite 100 grammes de sucre, attendre 15 minutes et puis \u00e9liminer le jus et ajouter la cannelle en poudre. Si vous aimez les noix, vous pouvez les ajouter aux pommes.  Dans un autre bol, battez les \u0153ufs, puis ajoutez le lait, la semoule, l&rsquo;huile et le reste de 50 grammes de sucre. M\u00e9langez pendant 5 minutes, pour arriver \u00e0 la consistance d&rsquo;une sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez du papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans un plat \u00e0 enfourner. Prenez une feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et posez-la sur la table. Appliquez 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce sur la feuille et badigeonnez la surface enti\u00e8re. Couvrez d&rsquo;une autre feuille, en ajoutant de la sauce. Posez la troisi\u00e8me feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e avec de la sauce et cette fois-ci ajoutez les pommes en suivant une ligne droite jusqu&rsquo;au bout de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Enroulez et posez dans le plat. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le m\u00eame proc\u00e9d\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 le remplir. Gardez un peu de sauce pour la mettre sur le g\u00e2teau. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 d\u00e9gr\u00e9es et enfournez. Laissez cuire 30 \u00e0 40 minutes. Le dessert est pr\u00eat quand la p\u00e2te est dor\u00e9e.
