Quant aux \u00e9pices vous avez besoin de sel, de poivre du moulin et de persil.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plat est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs couches que l&rsquo;on doit pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;une apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre. D&rsquo;abord, rincez le quinoa dans de l&rsquo;eau pour \u00e9liminer son go\u00fbt amer avant de le faire bouillir. Verser les graines de quinoa dans une casserole et ajouter 2 fois leur volume d&rsquo;eau. Ajoutez du sel, du poivre et du persil, la quantit\u00e9 selon votre go\u00fbt. Dans 15 minutes, l&rsquo;eau vaporisera et le quinoa sera pr\u00eat \u00e0 utiliser. Maintenant on s&rsquo;occupe de la viande. Dans une casserole mettez 4 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile. Coupez l&rsquo;oignon en brunoise et faites-le dorer. Ajoutez la viande et m\u00e9langez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignon. Salez et poivrez et ajoutez aussi du persil, finement hach\u00e9. Laissez mijoter et pr\u00e9parez la sauce tomate. Dans une casserole mettez 50 ml d&rsquo;huile, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine et enfin les tomates. M\u00e9langez bien pendant 5 minutes. Si la sauce est trop \u00e9paisse ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Salez, mais pensez aussi \u00e0 ajouter un tout petit peu de sucre, question de r\u00e9gler l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 des tomates. Maintenant m\u00e9langez la sauce avec de la viande et laissez mijoter encore 5 minutes. Go\u00fbtez pour estimer s&rsquo;il faut ajouter encore des \u00e9pices. Bravo ! La moiti\u00e9 de ce plat est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat ! Maintenant on pr\u00e9pare la b\u00e9chamel. Dans une casserole mettez 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile, puis 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine. Chauffez le lait et ajoutez-le \u00e0 la farine tout en remuant \u00e9nergiquement.  Faites-le mijoter \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langent soigneusement 5 minutes. Ajoutez 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Personnellement, j&rsquo;adore les fromages et c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ajoute 100 grammes de gouda r\u00e2p\u00e9 \u00e0 la b\u00e9chamel. Moi, j&rsquo;utilise que du sel pour la b\u00e9chamel. Vous pouvez ajouter du persil si vous voulez. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>On s&rsquo;approche vers la fin de notre recette. Coupez la courgette en rondelles, rincez les \u00e9pinards et maintenant c&rsquo;est le moment de combiner tous ce que vous avez pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Dans une cocotte en verre mettez d&rsquo;abord le quinoa, puis la sauce tomate avec de la viande, ensuite la b\u00e9chamel et couvrez la surface enti\u00e8re avec des rondelles de courgette. Ajoutez ce qui reste de la sauce tomate avec de la viande, la b\u00e9chamel, les \u00e9pinards et 100 grammes de gouda r\u00e2p\u00e9. Est-ce que j&rsquo;ai mentionn\u00e9 que j&rsquo;adore les fromages ? Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 d\u00e9gr\u00e9es, mettez le couvercle et enfournez. Le plat est pr\u00eat dans 30 \u00e0 40 minutes. Cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne si au lieu de la viande vous utilisez les champignons. \u00c7a dure longtemps pour pr\u00e9parer ce plat, mais croyez-moi, ses saveurs enchanteront tous vos sens !
