Et vous allez d\u00e9couvrir pourquoi. Nous allons pr\u00e9parer des \u00e9pinards de Sighisoara. Sighisoara est une ville transylvaine du centre de la Roumanie. Les \u00e9pinards de Sighisoara se diff\u00e9rencient des autres plats \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards par le fait qu&rsquo;ils contiennent aussi du riz, soit des carbohydrates et des graisses, saindoux et cr\u00e8me, donc on peut dire qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un plat complet. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour un kilo d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards, il vous faut 200 grammes de riz, deux cuiller\u00e9es de saindoux, une cuiller\u00e9e de farine, un verre de lait, un verre de cr\u00e8me et une botte de persil. Commencez par nettoyer les \u00e9pinards, les laver soigneusement et les faire blanchir dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e. Faites fondre dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive du saindoux et faites dorer un peu le riz, avant de le recouvrir d&rsquo;eau ou de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Laissez les \u00e9pinards reposer dans une passoire avant de les couper et de les mettre dans du saindoux dans une autre casserole \u00e0 feu doux. Entre temps dans une petite casserole faites chauffer le lait et mettez-y la farine. Hachez l&rsquo;aneth. M\u00e9langez dans la m\u00eame casserole, les \u00e9pinards et la farine, salez et poivrez et ajoutez de l&rsquo;aneth finement hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Enfin mettez-y le riz, m\u00e9langez et ajoutez de la cr\u00e8me avant d&rsquo;enfourner pendant un quart d&rsquo;heure. Vous pouvez servir ce plat en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement \u00e0 des cuisses de poulet ou d&rsquo;autres r\u00f4tis, mais en fin de compte il peut constituer un plat principal.
