D&rsquo;abord, je vous confie une recette appartenant au fameux journaliste, \u00e9crivain et producteur de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision roumain, Radu Anton Roman et qui s&rsquo;appelle \u00ab les oignons de C\u00e2mpina \u00bb.  C\u00e2mpina est une petite ville situ\u00e9e \u00e0 une centaine de kilom\u00e8tres au nord de Bucarest \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans la Val\u00e9e de la rivi\u00e8re Prahova, au pied des Carpates m\u00e9ridionales. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La localit\u00e9 est connue notamment par ses vergers d&rsquo;arbres fruitiers, parmi lesquels les noyers occupent une place \u00e0 part. Et ce d\u00e9tail se retrouve aussi dans cette recette, vous le verrez bien. Il vous faut six oignons moyens, cent grammes de noyaux de noix, deux bottes d&rsquo;aneth, cent grammes de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, trois tranches de pain, 200 ml de lait, un peu de vin blanc, une botte de persil, sel et poivre du moulin. Commencez par faire bouillir les oignons. Entre temps, trempez le pain dans du lait. Broyez les noix et hachez l&rsquo;aneth. Lorsque les oignons sont bien cuits, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un quart d&rsquo;heure apr\u00e8s le moment de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, vous pouvez enlever leur c\u0153ur. Prenez les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;oignons, les noix et le pain et m\u00e9langez-les ajoutant du sel et du poivre ainsi que l&rsquo;aneth. Mettez cette farce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des oignons. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Huilez une cocotte qui va au four avant d&rsquo;y poser les oignons farcis. M\u00e9langez le vin \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et recouvrez les oignons avant d&rsquo;enfourner pendant une quinzaine de minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les oignons prennent une belle couleur dor\u00e9e. Servez -les parsem\u00e9s de persil frais finement hach\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;entr\u00e9e ou qu&rsquo;accompagnement de diff\u00e9rents types de r\u00f4tis. Vous pouvez choisir aussi d&rsquo;autres types de farces, \u00e0 base de riz par exemple, m\u00e9lang\u00e9 aux poivrons r\u00f4tis, aux champignons et au poisson fum\u00e9. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 y mettre aussi un peu de fromage et quelques rondelles de piment rouge.
