En fait, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange in\u00e9dit entre le poisson d&rsquo;eau douce telle la carpe ou le silure et le bl\u00e9 bouilli. D&rsquo;ailleurs, l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;un tel plat n&rsquo;est pas du tout le fruit du hasard, puisque la ville de Giurgiu &#8211; et notamment son port de marchandises &#8211; est historiquement une des portes par lesquelles les graines de la plaine roumaine \u00e9taient export\u00e9es via le Danube. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Donc, il vous faut un kilo de bl\u00e9, d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9 si possible, ou bien du boulgour, et deux kilos de filets de poisson (carpe ou silure par exemple). Il vous faut aussi un verre de vin blanc, un demi-kilo d&rsquo;oignons, 20 ml d&rsquo;huile de tournesol, un demi-kilo de tomates, une botte de persil, du thym et une cuiller\u00e9e de graines de moutarde broy\u00e9es. Faites bouillir les graines de bl\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien cuites. Coupez les oignons en julienne et faites-les dorer dans de l&rsquo;huile de tournesol avant d&rsquo;ajouter le bl\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le vin, les graines de moutarde, le thym, salez et poivrez avant de faire mijoter au couvert pour quelques minutes. Coupez les tomates en rondelles. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s. Dans un r\u00e9cipient qui va au four mettez une couche de bl\u00e9, puis posez les filets de poisson bien sal\u00e9s et poivr\u00e9s et enfin une couche de rondelles de tomates. Huilez \u00e0 la fin d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives, avant d&rsquo;enfourner pour une demi-heure si les filets de poisson ne sont pas trop \u00e9pais. A la fin parsemez de persil finement hach\u00e9.
