C\u00f4t\u00e9 ingr\u00e9dients il vous faut 500 grammes de farine, 2 \u0153ufs, 350 ml de lait, 2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9, un peu de sel, un peu de zeste de citron, une cuiller\u00e9e de sucre, 30 grammes de levure fra\u00eeche ou bien 10 grammes de levure s\u00e8che, 10 grammes de sucre en poudre et de lhuile de tournesol.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Prenez un grand bol et mettez-y la levure que vous devez m\u00e9langer avec la cuiller\u00e9e de sucre, avec le lait pas trop chaud et la laisser reposer un peu pour quelle sactive. Ensuite s\u00e9parez les jaunes d\u0153ufs et mettez-les dans le bol, puis versez le lait et m\u00e9langez rigoureusement avec un fouet. Mettez-y-en pluie quelque 300 grammes de farine et m\u00e9langez avec un mixeur. Salez, ajoutez le sucr\u00e9 vanill\u00e9, le zeste de citron et la farine qui reste. Faites p\u00e9trir jusqu\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une patte assez molle. Laissez reposer pendant une bonne demi-heure pour que la p\u00e2te prenne du volume.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Cest le moment de la poser la p\u00e2te sur un plan de cuisine en bois. Formez une couche de p\u00e2te denviron 2 cm d\u00e9paisseur. D\u00e9coupez des rondelles \u00e0 laide dun verre. Cest \u00e0 vous de choisir le diam\u00e8tre du verre et par cons\u00e9quent des beignets. Laissez les beignets reposer encore une autre dizaine de minutes. Cest le moment de les faire frire dans un bain dhuile, \u00e0 feu doux. A laide de deux fourchettes, vous devez retourner les beignets jusqu\u00e0 ce quils deviennent bien dor\u00e9s sur tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ensuite les retirer du bain dhuile pour les poser sur du papier absorbant. Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, les poser dans un grand bol et les saupoudrer de sucre en poudre vanill\u00e9 lorsquils sont encore chauds. Les servir accompagn\u00e9s de confiture ou de cr\u00e8me de noisettes.
