Une recette qui tombe \u00e0 point en cette p\u00e9riode de confinement, lorsque faute d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s physiques, beaucoup risquent de perdre leur ligne. Et comme je fais moi-m\u00eame partie de cette cat\u00e9gorie, j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les recettes peu caloriques. C&rsquo;est ainsi que je suis tomb\u00e9e sur ces cookies tr\u00e8s light, puisque le sucre ne figure pas parmi les ingr\u00e9dients. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pour ma petite recette d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, il vous faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;  deux ou trois bananes bien m\u00fbres<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une cuiller\u00e9e de beurre- le jus et le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 d&rsquo;une orange<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes et de noix grill\u00e9es et concass\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une poign\u00e9e de raisins secs- deux tasses de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une demi-cuiller\u00e9e de levure<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Et oui, comme vous pouvez le remarquer, pas de sucre. Les bananes et les fruits secs sont suffisamment sucr\u00e9s et vous allez voir, le r\u00e9sultat obtenu sera appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les petits comme par les grands. D&rsquo;ailleurs, ce serait m\u00eame une id\u00e9e de proposer aux enfants de vous aider.  C&rsquo;est une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire ; comme ustensiles de cuisine, il vous faut juste un saladier et une cuill\u00e8re, donc pas de danger pour eux ! Pratiquement, on va m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Allez, c&rsquo;est parti !Ecraser les bananes, les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e, y ajouter le beurre fondu, le jus et le zeste de l&rsquo;orange, les amandes, les noix, les raisins secs, la levure et puis commencer \u00e0 y verser progressivement les flocons d&rsquo;avoine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange obtenu vous permette d&rsquo;en faire des boules. Disposer les boules obtenues sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, en les espa\u00e7ant. Les aplatir ensuite \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 C pendant un petit quart d&rsquo;heure. Les cookies sont pr\u00eats quand ils deviennent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Les laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de les d\u00e9guster. Ils sont tr\u00e8s bons accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;un verre de lait, de th\u00e9 et m\u00eame d&rsquo;une bonne tasse de caf\u00e9, le matin. Et ils ne font pas grossir !
