Un brownie que vous pourrez d\u00e9guster accompagn\u00e9 aussi bien d&rsquo;une bonne tasse de caf\u00e9, <span style=font-size: 1em;>que d&rsquo;une boule de glace \u00e0 la vanille. A vous de choisir ! Je sais ce que vous \u00eates en train de vous dire : un brownie, tout le monde sait en faire ! Oui, d&rsquo;accord, sauf que celui-l\u00e0 est v\u00e9gan et il est d\u00e9licieux gr\u00e2ce au chocolat et aux noix de p\u00e9can. Faites-moi confiance !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;>Pour cette recette qui se pr\u00e9pare en moins d&rsquo;une heure, il vous faut : une centaine de grammes de chocolat noir \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser, je vous conseille d&rsquo;en acheter un tr\u00e8s bon, 80 g de sucre que vous pouvez r\u00e9duire si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas bec sucr\u00e9, 100 g de farine de bl\u00e9, 100 g de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (<\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>de soja, par exemple)<\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>, 125 g de margarine, 100 g de noix de p\u00e9can et 50 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat. <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>Et maintenant, au boulot ! Commencez par faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, ajoutez-y la margarine en remuant doucement, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez un m\u00e9lange onctueux. Dans un saladier ou un bol, fouettez le yaourt de soja avec le sucre blanc et le sel. Incorporez-y le <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>chocolat et la margarine fondus. Ajoutez progressivement<\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;> la farine, en m\u00e9langeant bien apr\u00e8s chaque cuiller\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;>Pour cette recette, vous pouvez utiliser soit un moule \u00e0 tarte long et rectangulaire, soit un plat rectangle ou rond. L&rsquo;important, c&rsquo;est que le brownie <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>ne soit pas trop \u00e9pais, sinon \u00e7a aurait du mal \u00e0 cuire. Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, chemiser le fond avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour pouvoir retirer facilement le brownie une fois cuit. <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule, puis disposez sur le dessus les noix de p\u00e9can et des p\u00e9pites de chocolat.Enfournez et laissez cuire pendant 25 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C ou m\u00eame plus si vous aimez que le brownie soit un peu plus cuit !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 1em;>D\u00e9gustez soit ti\u00e8de avec une boule de glace, soit froid ! Pour la glace, personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re accompagner ce g\u00e2teau de glace \u00e0 la vanille. Mais bon, finalement, vous pourriez aussi choisir une autre saveur : menthe, fruits rouges ou citron. Vous pouvez garder <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>le brownie <\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>pendant plusieurs jours dans une bo\u00eete en m\u00e9tal afin qu&rsquo;il ne s\u00e8che pas ! Aussi, s<\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;>i vous n&rsquo;avez pas de noix de p\u00e9can, vous pouvez les remplacer par des noix de Grenoble et au lieu<\/span><span style=font-size: 1em;> des p\u00e9pites de chocolat, vous pouvez utiliser de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e !
