Un g\u00e2teau aux&#13;<br \/>\npommes, c&rsquo;est assez banal, vous allez dire. Et pourtant, je vous assure que&#13;<br \/>\ncette petite recette ne passera pas inaper\u00e7ue. D\u00e9j\u00e0 que c&rsquo;est une recette dont&#13;<br \/>\ntout le monde peut profiter, y compris les adeptes d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime sans produits&#13;<br \/>\nlaitiers. Du coup, la liste des ingr\u00e9dients est beaucoup simplifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pour une vingtaine de carr\u00e9s de g\u00e2teau aux pommes,&#13;<br \/>\nil vous faudrait 250  ml d&rsquo;eau gazeuse,&#13;<br \/>\n150 ml d&rsquo;huile de tournesol, une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron, un demi-sachet&#13;<br \/>\nde levure, une demi-cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de sodium, 550 grammes&#13;<br \/>\nde farine, une pinc\u00e9e de sel, une demi-cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille. A&#13;<br \/>\ntous ces ingr\u00e9dients qui vous serviront pour faire la p\u00e2te s&rsquo;ajouteront un kilo&#13;<br \/>\nde pommes, un sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 et une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle en poudre. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Et maintenant, au boulot !<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Commencer par peler les pommes et les r\u00e2per. Les \u00e9goutter&#13;<br \/>\ndans une passoire avant de les faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux, dans une casserole, en&#13;<br \/>\ny ajoutant le sucre vanill\u00e9 et la cannelle. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez des g\u00e2teaux plus&#13;<br \/>\nsucr\u00e9s, vous pouvez ajouter deux cuiller\u00e9es de sucre. Bien m\u00e9langer sur le feu&#13;<br \/>\njusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le jus des pommes s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore et le sucre fonde&#13;<br \/>\ncompl\u00e8tement. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te, il suffit de verser dans un bol les&#13;<br \/>\n250 ml d&rsquo;eau gazeuse, l&rsquo;huile, le sucre et le jus de citron et de bien m\u00e9langer&#13;<br \/>\njusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre fonde compl\u00e8tement. Personnellement, je vous conseille&#13;<br \/>\nde le faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet \u00e9lectrique ou d&rsquo;un robot. Une fois le sucre&#13;<br \/>\nfondu, ajouter d&rsquo;un coup toute la farine tamis\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable, la levure, le&#13;<br \/>\nsel et commencer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer doucement, dans un premier temps \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une&#13;<br \/>\ncuill\u00e8re avant de le faire avec vos mains. Y ajouter la vanille et p\u00e9trir la&#13;<br \/>\np\u00e2te l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, pas trop, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle devienne \u00e9lastique. La rouler en&#13;<br \/>\nboule, la couvrir de film alimentaire et la laisser une demi-heure au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Au bout d&rsquo;une trentaine de minutes, pr\u00e9chauffer le&#13;<br \/>\nfour \u00e0 180\u00b0 et sortir la p\u00e2te du frigo. Diviser la p\u00e2te en deux et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide&#13;<br \/>\nd&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, aplatir chaque moiti\u00e9 pour en faire une feuille d&rsquo;un&#13;<br \/>\ncentim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Dans un moule rectangulaire plut\u00f4t grand et pas trop&#13;<br \/>\nprofond tapiss\u00e9 de papier cuisson, disposer la premi\u00e8re feuille, verser les&#13;<br \/>\npommes r\u00e2p\u00e9es et les couvrir d&rsquo;une deuxi\u00e8me feuille de p\u00e2te. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une&#13;<br \/>\nfourchette, faire quelques trous pour permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;air de sortir et enfourner le&#13;<br \/>\ng\u00e2teau aux pommes pour une trentaine de minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit&#13;<br \/>\nl\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9.
