Une autre id\u00e9e pour les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 il y a moins de l\u00e9gumes frais pourrait \u00eatre les pruneaux, combin\u00e9s \u00e0 de la viande ou aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et aux l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>        Dans la r\u00e9gion de F\u0103g\u0103ra\u015f (sud de la Transylvanie), on pr\u00e9pare un rago\u00fbt de porc aux pruneaux. Prenez de la viande de porc avec peu de graisse et des pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9s \u00e9gales. La pr\u00e9paration est simple. Coupez la viande de porc en d\u00e9s ; avant de les dorer dans de lhuile ou du saindoux, farinez-les, selon la recette traditionnelle de F\u0103g\u0103ra\u015f. Une fois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s, ajoutez de leau et un peu de sel et laissez cuire les morceaux de viande \u00e0 feu doux pendant une demi-heure. Ajoutez les pruneaux, m\u00e9langez avec les morceaux de viande, puis enfournez \u00e0 feu doux, pendant une autre demi-heure, afin que les saveurs se m\u00e9langent.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>        Il est \u00e9galement possible de combiner les pruneaux avec du poulet, et un exemple, cest le poulet farci aux pruneaux. Il faut pr\u00e9voir un poulet bien dodu, environ 250 g de pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s, quelques champignons, une carotte, un poivron et un oignon. Sans oublier quelques gousses dail, une botte de persil, du sel et du poivre du moulin. Coupez loignon en julienne, faites-le revenir dans un peu dhuile, ajoutez les champignons et le poivron coup\u00e9s en fines tranches, et la carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Faites mijoter ce m\u00e9lange pendant 10 minutes, puis ajoutez les pruneaux pour quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>        Assaisonnez le poulet \u00e0 lint\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 lext\u00e9rieur, pour le farcir ensuite du m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes et de pruneaux. Sil reste quelque chose, r\u00e9servez le reste des l\u00e9gumes sur le plateau de pr\u00e9sentation du poulet farci. Ajoutez une tasse deau et enfournez pendant environ 45 minutes \u00e0 feu vif jusqu\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit dor\u00e9. De temps en temps, arrosez la viande avec le jus de cuisson. Le poulet peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur un plateau, apr\u00e8s quoi il sera coup\u00e9 en portions, le m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes et de pruneaux servant de garniture.
