Comptez une centaine de grammes de viande par personne. Vous pouvez acheter la viande d\u00e9j\u00e0 hach\u00e9e ou la faire hacher aupr\u00e8s de votre boucher. A part la viande, vous aurez besoins pour vos chiftele d&rsquo;un bel oignon hach\u00e9 menu, deux-trois gousses d&rsquo;ail bien \u00e9cras\u00e9s, un \u0153uf, deux-trois tranches de pain de mie, sel, poivre et origan. Mettre le pain de mie \u00e0 tremper dans un bol eau ou de lait. M\u00e9langer la viande avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf, l&rsquo;oignon finement hach\u00e9 et l&rsquo;ail. Ajouter ensuite le pain \u00e9goutt\u00e9. Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre fraichement moulu et un peu d&rsquo;origan. Faites attention, cette recette est assez gourmande en sel. Faire des boulettes de viande de la taille d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe et les ranger sur une plaque \u00e0 enfourner. R\u00e9server. Si vous obtenez trop de boulettes, pas de souci, vous pouvez en mettre une partie dans le cong\u00e9lateur. Ca se garde tr\u00e8s bien et \u00e7a peut se cuire dans une po\u00eale bien huil\u00e9e et bien chaude.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mais nous, on va s&rsquo;occuper maintenant de notre petite sauce pour laquelle, Ana me dit qu&rsquo;il vous faudra six carottes, un oignon, deux poivrons, deux gousses d&rsquo;ail, deux bo\u00eetes de tomates concass\u00e9es, sel, poivre, basilic et origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et huile d&rsquo;olive. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s. Couper les carottes en fines rondelles, hacher l&rsquo;oignon, d\u00e9couper les poivrons en petits d\u00e8s et \u00e9craser les gousses d&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disposer tous les l\u00e9gumes dans un grand plat allant au four, arroser les de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, saler, poivrer, y ajouter le basilic et l&rsquo;origan et les deux bo\u00eetes de tomates concass\u00e9es. Enfourner pour une petite heure, voir une heure et demie, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien cuits. Au bout d&rsquo;une heure de cuisson, quand les carottes sont bien tendres, il est temps de nous occuper de nos boulettes. Faire chauffer quelques cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale ou une cocotte et y d\u00e9poser les boulettes, en prenant soin de les retourner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles commencent \u00e0 bien dorer. A ce moment-l\u00e0, \u00e9teindre le feu et ajouter les boulettes \u00e0 la sauce aux l\u00e9gumes. Couvrir le plat du papier aluminium ou d&rsquo;un couvercle et prolonger la cuisson une vingtaine de minutes. A la fin, retirer le couvercle et poursuivre la cuisson 5 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les boulettes soient bien dor\u00e9es. Servir aussit\u00f4t avec des pates, du riz ou d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre.
