H\u00e9 bien, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 pour vous un blog de cuisine super sympa \u00e9crit apparemment par une Roumaine vivant en France et qui a beaucoup d\u2019humour, qui sait expliquer \u00e0 merveille, qui accompagne ses recettes de quelques photos. Donc, une fois entr\u00e9 sur son blog, vous serez certainement bien servi. Je vais donc citer la recette. Pour des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consulter le blog matableroumaine. Une seule petite pr\u00e9cision, la salade d\u2019aubergines n\u2019est pas un plat qu\u2019on mange le printemps et cela parce que les aubergines sont des l\u00e9gumes qu\u2019on trouve notamment en \u00e9t\u00e9 et en automne.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pour une salade pour deux ou trois personnes, il vous faut quatre belles aubergines, de l\u2019huile de tournesol, un oignon, sel et poivre. On commence par griller les aubergines sur la barbecue, au four ou bien directement sur le feu, en faisant attention \u00e0 vos doigts. Les aubergines grillent assez lentement donc il faut bien patienter avant que la peau ne commence \u00e0 durcir et \u00e0 craquer. Tourner l\u2019aubergine sur la grille de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Une fois cette op\u00e9ration termin\u00e9e, le moment est venu de l\u2019\u00e9plucher. Prenez soin \u00e0 ce que toute la peau soit enlev\u00e9e de sorte qu\u2019il vous reste uniquement de la bonne chair douce. Sur une planche en bois, vous coupez l\u2019aubergine \u00e9pluch\u00e9e en deux. Avec une petite cuill\u00e8re, \u00f4tez \u00e9galement les lignes de gros p\u00e9pins. Inutile d\u2019enlever la totalit\u00e9 des p\u00e9pins, il ne resterait plus rien. Attention, pour enlever la peau ne le faites pas sous jet d\u2019eau sinon vous allez rater ce plat. Bon, maintenant, si vous avez respect\u00e9 les pas, vous vous trouvez \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent devant plusieurs aubergines \u00e9pluch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e9sent, mettez la chair d\u2019aubergine dans une passoire et laissez-la s\u2019\u00e9goutter pour une heure ou deux. Sinon, votre caviar risquera d\u2019\u00eatre amer. Une fois que les aubergines sont bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9es, on commence \u00e0 les hacher \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un instrument en bois. Moi, je le fais avec la queue d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Ne paniquez pas, \u00e7a doit aller tr\u00e8s vite puisque la chair d\u2019aubergine est bien tendre. Bien s\u00fbr, si vous n\u2019avez pas d\u2019instrument en bois, vous pouvez le faire dans un robot mais attention, faites- le \u00e0 petite vitesse sinon votre caviar ressemblera \u00e0 une soupe cr\u00e8me. Une fois les aubergines hach\u00e9es, mettez un peu de sel et commencez \u00e0 y ajouter de l\u2019huile comme pour une mayonnaise. Et vous continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Le m\u00e9tal ne marche pas puisque \u00e7a rend les aubergines am\u00e8res. A la fin, y ajoutez un oignon finement hach\u00e9 et un point c\u2019est tout.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Les Roumains en raffolent et accompagnent ce plat de tomates bien fra\u00eeches.
