Bastano 3 kili di frutta e uno di zucchero. Lavate le albicocche, tagliatele a met\u00e0, snocciolatele e fatele riposare in una ciotola insieme allo zucchero. Fate cuocere per circa mezz&#8217;ora, dopo di che togliete le albicocche con una schiumarola, lasciando ancora lo sciroppo al fuoco per un&#8217;altra mezz&#8217;oretta, mescolando spesso. Rimettete la frutta nella ciotola e continuate la cottura per qualche minuto. Versate la confettura nei vasetti sterilizzati.<\/p>\n<p>Le albicocche sono ottime anche per un saporitissimo dolce: occorrono 250 grammi di farina, 100 grammi di zucchero, un bicchiere di latte, 50 grammi di burro, 2 uova, lievito in polvere per dolci e, ovviamente albicocche snocciolate e tagliate a met\u00e0. In una ciotola lavorate il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungendo le uova, la farina e il latte fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso. Foderate una teglia con carta da forno e versate il composto. Ponete le albicocche su tutta la superficie e infornate per circa mezz&#8217;ora a fuoco medio. Lasciate raffreddare il dolce prima di porzionarlo. Buon appetito!
