Abbiamo inoltre bisogno di 2-3 patate, due cipolle (non troppo grandi, n\u00e9 troppo piccole) e qualche spicchio d\u2019aglio. Fate abbrustolire i peperoni sulla griglia o su una piastra e spellateli. Tritate le cipolle e gli spicchi d\u2019aglio e fateli rosolare leggermente in un po\u2019 d\u2019olio, in una casseruola.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aggiungete le patate tagliate a cubetti, la polpa di peperoni e acqua quanto basta per coprire le verdure.Lasciate bollire finch\u00e9 le patate sono lesse, poi togliete la pentola dal fuoco. Scolate il liquido in eccesso, conservandone una parte in una tazza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frullate le verdure fino a ottenere una vellutata, pi\u00f9 densa o pi\u00f9 liquida, a seconda della consistenza desiderata, che possiamo regolare aggiungendo il brodo di cottura. Al posto del brodo si pu\u00f2 usare anche panna da cucina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salate e pepate a piacere, e dopo aver amalgamato bene, la vellutata di peperoni pu\u00f2 essere servita. Sopra si pu\u00f2 aggiungere un po\u2019 di panna e qualche seme di zucca tostato. Va benissimo con i crostini.
