Me\u0111utim, istovremeno, sve vi\u0161e Rumuna nagla\u0161ava ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota, fleksibilnost rasporeda i autonomiju na poslu. Razgovarali smo sa komercijalnim direktorom Randstada Rumunija, Jonucom Huzuom, o rezultatima ove studije i kako se menjaju o\u010dekivanja rumunskih zaposlenih<br \/>\n\u201eOvih 82% nam govori da Rumuni 2026. godine vi\u0161e ne jure za obe\u0107anjima, ve\u0107 za stabilno\u0161\u0107u. U periodu kada cene rastu i kada sve oko nas deluje nesigurno, \u010dini se da je plata postala jedina \u010dvrsta osnova. Ukratko, ljudi i dalje tra\u017ee posao gde \u0107e se ose\u0107ati cenjeno. Ali ako na kraju meseca novac koji zarade ne pokriva ra\u010dune ili inflaciju, diskusija prakti\u010dno i ne po\u010dinje. Za poslodavce je poruka jasna: pre beneficija i modernih kancelarija, finansijska sigurnost je ono \u0161to dovodi ljude na intervju.\u201c\u2028Ipak, kada je re\u010d o zadr\u017eavanju postoje\u0107eg posla, prioriteti postaju nijansiraniji. Gotovo polovina ispitanika ka\u017ee da je ravnote\u017ea izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota glavni razlog zbog kojeg ostaju u kompaniji u kojoj rade \u2014 ispred plate, pa \u010dak i sigurnosti radnog mesta. To je jasan signal da fleksibilnost i kvalitet \u017eivota sve vi\u0161e uti\u010du na profesionalne odluke. \u0160to se ti\u010de ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota, Jonuc Huzu nam je rekao:\u2028<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWork-life balance je veoma zanimljiv fenomen. Plata je ono \u0161to vam poma\u017ee da potpi\u0161ete ugovor o radu, ali ravnote\u017ea je ono \u0161to vas tera da ostanete na tom poslu. Onda, u osnovi, novac je pod navodnicima \u201emamac\u201c, ali slobodno vreme i mir su razlozi za\u0161to ne napu\u0161tate posao. Primetio sam tokom vremena da su ljudi shvatili da karijera nije sprint, vec\u0301 maraton. Da biste dugoro\u010dno pre\u017eiveli, potreban vam je posao koji ne krade iz va\u0161eg li\u010dnog \u017eivota. U zaklju\u010dku, plata nas dovodi do posla, ali kvalitet \u017eivota nas tera da ne odustanemo.\u201c<br \/>\nStudija \u201eWorkmonitor 2026\u201c isti\u010de i da Rumuni postaju oprezniji kada je re\u010d o promeni posla. Zaposleni deluju obazrivije. Ipak, fleksibilnost ostaje klju\u010dna: 40% ne bi prihvatilo novi posao bez slobode izbora mesta rada, dok vi\u0161e od 40% ka\u017ee da im je fleksibilno radno vreme podjednako va\u017eno. Istra\u017eivanje tako\u0111e pokazuje da gotovo polovina Rumuna ve\u0107 ima ili tra\u017ei drugi posao. O tome govori Jonuc Huzu:<\/p>\n<p>\u2028\u201eZaista, prema studiji, 47% Rumuna ili tra\u017ei drugi posao ili ga ve\u0107 ima. To je procenat iznad globalnog proseka od 40%, \u0161to jasno ukazuje na pritisak izazvan rastom tro\u0161kova \u017eivota. S druge strane, prime\u0107ujemo i promenu mentaliteta. Imamo 37% Rumuna koji \u017eele da istra\u017euju vi\u0161e sektora istovremeno, tako da je u pitanju spoj finansijske potrebe i \u017eelje da budu agilni na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. U 2026. fleksibilnost vi\u0161e ne zna\u010di samo odakle radite, ve\u0107 i kako radite, a prema istra\u017eivanju, 40% Rumuna odmah odbija posao koji im ne nudi slobodu. Ali osim rasporeda, ljudi tra\u017ee i poverenje. Za poslodavce, zadr\u017eavanje talenata zna\u010di prelazak sa kontrole na saradnju. Na\u0161 savet je jednostavan: omogu\u0107ite ljudima autonomiju da posao rade na svoj na\u010din i stalno ula\u017eite u njihovu obuku. Jasno je da oni koji nude nezavisnost zauzvrat dobijaju lojalnost.\u201c\u2028<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ta najvi\u0161e brine Rumune prema analizi kompanije Randstad?\u2028<br \/>\n\u201ePostoje dva velika razloga za zabrinutost. S jedne strane, pratimo vesti o sukobima i ekonomskim problemima, a s druge strane sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e slu\u0161amo o tome kako bi ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija mogla da promeni na\u0161a zanimanja. U ovakvom nesigurnom okru\u017eenju, sve vi\u0161e Rumuna bira oprez umesto otvorenosti prema novim profesionalnim iskustvima.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Tehnologija vidljivo menja odnos prema poslu: polovina zaposlenih ve\u0107 koristi ve\u0161ta\u010dku inteligenciju za savete vezane za profesionalne aktivnosti, dok digitalne ve\u0161tine postaju sve va\u017enije na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. Iako mnogi Rumuni smatraju da tehnologija mo\u017ee da im olak\u0161a posao i pove\u0107a produktivnost, postoje i strahovi od nestanka odre\u0111enih radnih mesta u narednim godinama. O toj temi govori Jonuc Huzu:\u2028<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVe\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija je tema o kojoj se \u017eestoko raspravlja. Neki je se pla\u0161e, drugi je prihvataju. Iako izve\u0161taj pokazuje da 60% zaposlenih vidi ve\u0161ta\u010dku inteligenciju kao podsticaj produktivnosti, poverenje u liderstvo ostaje \u010dvrsto. Imamo 71%. Me\u0111utim, ako se zaposleni obrac\u0301aju ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji za savet, to je signal da menad\u017eeri treba da evoluiraju. Uloga lidera se pomera sa tehni\u010dkog eksperta ka facilitatoru saradnje, i to je veoma va\u017ena promena koje svi menad\u017eeri moraju biti svesni.\u201c\u2028Rezultati istra\u017eivanja \u201eWorkmonitor 2026\u201c su jasni: plata ostaje klju\u010dna za rumunske zaposlene, ali vi\u0161e nije dovoljna sama po sebi. Jonuc Huzu zaklju\u010duje:<br \/>\n\u2028<br \/>\n\u201eAko bismo iz ove najnovije studije Randstad Workmonitora izvukli jedan zaklju\u010dak, to je sledec\u0301i: zvani\u010dno smo u\u0161li u eru velike adaptacije. I malo c\u0301u pro\u0161iriti. Za poslodavce, uspeh vi\u0161e ne dolazi od kontrole, vec\u0301 od sposobnosti da izgrade novi poredak rada, zasnovan na saradnji i \u010dove\u010dnosti. Govorimo o saradnji izme\u0111u generacija, ovo vi\u0161e nije samo cilj raznolikosti, vec\u0301 element sa sna\u017enim uticajem, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i i produktivnost.
