Krajem 2019. godine Rumunija je imala oko 850 kilometara brzih puteva, od kojih 100 kilometara iz komunisti\u010dkog perioda. Nekoliko deonica izgradjenih autoputeva sa faraonskim naporima povezuju zemlju za inostranstvo, ali stanovnici centralnih delova zemlje ne mogu sti\u0107i br\u017ee u Bukure\u0161t ili na Crnomorsku obalu. Pored indolentnosti vlasti, birokratija je bila velika prepreka na putu igradnje autoputeva, ali i graditelji, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i strane, koji su \u017eeleli da zarade \u0161to vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Iako su bili na vlasti i socijaldemokrate i liberali u ovom 30-godi\u0161njem periodu, ni jedni ni drugi ne mogu da se ponose izgradnjom autoputeva, tako da prebacuju krivicu jedni na druge u neprestanim jalovnim raspravama, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e sa izbornim karakterom. Od 2016. godine, Nacionalna liberalna partija (PNL), koja je bila u opoziciji, napadala je svoje politi\u010dke protivnike iz Socijaldemokratske partije (PSD) da dokazuju nekompetentnost. Pro\u0161le godine, biv\u0161a vlada levog centra po\u010dela je pregovore o potpisivanju ugovora o javno-privatnom partnerstvu za izgradnju dva autoputa. Za jedan autoput je ve\u0107 izabrana asocijacija kompanija iz Kine i Turske, a za drugi podnete su ponude istih kompanija, poznatih po radovima u doti\u010dnim zemljama, ali ne i u Evropskoj uniji.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Liberali, koji su posle izglasavanja nepoverenja socijaldemokratskoj vladi do\u0161li na vlast, obe\u0107ali su drugi na\u010din pristupa. U utorak, vlada Nacionalne liberalne partije donela je odluku da poni\u0161ti projekte javno-privatnog sektora. Premijer Ludovik Orban je izjavio: \u201c<em>Na\u0161 cilj je jednostavan: da poni\u0161timo sve procedure i da ove projekte prepustimo kompetentnim ministarstvima, na primer projekte infrastrukturnog saobra\u0107aja ministarstvu saobra\u0107aja. Linijska ministarstva koja \u0107e preuzeti projekte imaju obavezu da predstave plan realizacije u roku od najvi\u0161e nedelju dana, kako bismo znali koje korake treba da preduzmemo, kako da planiramo sve etape i osigurati finansijska sredstva za ove projekte<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>I sada je do\u0161ao red na Socijaldemokratsku partiju da optu\u017ei Nacionalnu liberalnu stranku da \u201c\u010disto politi\u010dkom odlukom vrati Rumuniju deset godina unazad, predla\u017eu\u0107i ve\u010dite studije o izvodljivosti umesto da radovi na dva autoputa krenu bez odlaganja. Nedavno je izvr\u0161ni direktor asocijacije Proinfrastruktura Jonuc \u010curea ocenio da, sude\u0107i po pu\u0161tanju u saobra\u0107aj samo 43 kilometra autoputa, Rumunija mo\u017ee ove godine u najboljem slu\u010daju da pusti u saobra\u0107aj najvi\u0161e 57 kilometara.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>30 godina nakon antikomunisti\u010dke revolucije i 13 godina od kada je Rumunija postala \u010dlanica Evropske unije, na\u0161a zemlja nema nijedan autoput koji bi prolazio kroz Karpate.
