O tome \u0161ta se de\u0161ava u poslednje vreme na ovom tr\u017ei\u0161tu predsednik Brokerske asocijacije Drago\u0161 Vran\u010danu  izjavio je za Radio Rumunija: \u2019\u2019Tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina je oduvek privuklo interes, jer ako se novac pametno investira, donosi ve\u0107u zaradu nego bankarski depoziti, posebno sada kada su bankarske kamate drasti\u010dno smanjene. Pored toga, cene su dostigle nivo koji ohrabruje ovu vrstu ulaganja, jer, po pravilu, bankarsku ratu koju treba platiti za jedan hipotekarni kredit je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e manji od kirije koju mo\u017ee vlasnik stana da dobije. Podstanari vr\u0161e pritisak na tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina i misle ozbiljno da kupe stan, ali i mali investitori koji imaju raspolo\u017eiva sredstva radije se odlu\u010duju da kupe dvosoban stan po ceni od 50.000  evra i da ga, zatim, iznajme, jer mogu da zarade 7-8 odsto samo od kirije, \u0161to je veoma dobra zarada.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Medjutim, \u0161ta se de\u0161ava sa cenama na tr\u017ei\u0161tu nekretnina? Drago\u0161 Val\u010danu ka\u017ee: \u2019\u2019Svakog trena cene se mogu pove\u0107ati, postoje ve\u0107  statistike koje sugeri\u0161u da cene nisu vi\u0161e pale. Naprotiv, u pojedinim zonama cene se pove\u0107avaju, boja\u017eljivo, ali su u porastu. Sve zavisi od vrste vla\u0161nistva i od zone. Kod nas \u0161ok smanjenja cena nije bio tako o\u010digledan kao u drugim dr\u017eavama.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Prema podacima Nacionalnog instituta za statistiku pove\u0107an je broj gradjevinskih dozvola za rezidencijalne zgrade. \u2019\u2019Ovakav trend je pozitivan znak za gradjevinarstvo, ali ga treba konsolidovati i, uz to, i privreda treba da zabele\u017ei pozitivnu dinamiku\u2019\u2019- ka\u017ee analiti\u010dar tr\u017ei\u0161ta nekretnina Radu Zili\u0161tenu: \u2019\u2019Ova evolucija odra\u017eava blagi rast poverenja u tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina. Ali i ekonomska stabilizacija na evropskom nivou omogu\u0107ila je na\u0161im radnicima iz inostranstva da \u0161alju ve\u0107e iznose porodicama u Rumuniji i u ovoj situaciji mo\u017eemo da ka\u017eemo da raste poverenje u tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina u odnosu na pro\u0161lu godinu.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Recimo da je u septembru prose\u010dna cena stanova u Bukure\u0161tu bila ni\u017ea u odnosu na prethodni mesec i iznosila je 1054 evra po kvadratnom metru- navodi portal \u2019\u2019Imobiliare.ro\u2019\u2019. Medjutim, u Klu\u017e- Napoki, Temi\u0161varu i Bra\u0161ovu stanovi su poskupeli od 1,5% do 3,1%. U Klu\u017eu kvadratni metar stana ko\u0161ta 951 evro, u Temi\u0161varu 833, a u Bra\u0161ovu 840 evra. Prema Izve\u0161taju kompanije \u00abJones Lang LaSale\u00bb,   obim investicija na rumunskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu nekretnina u 2014. godini procenjuje se na 432 miliona evra, \u0161to predstavlja najve\u0107i godi\u0161nji obim od 2008. godine do sada. Predstavnik pomenute kompanije Andrej Vakaru o\u010dekuje sna\u017ean rast obima do kraja godine, koji se mo\u017ee pribli\u017eiti obimu iz predkriznog perioda, jer su mnogi va\u017eni  projekti stigli u zavr\u0161noj fazi pregovora.
