Ovo je prvi doga\u0111aj u okviru projekta Korak po korak \/ Slowing down\u201c, projekat Udru\u017eenja Temi\u0161var Evropski Grad Kulture i Udru\u017eenja CRIES &#8212; Resursni Centar za Eti\u010dke i Solidarne Inicijative. U\u010desnici mogu poslati svoje recepte od 6. do 30. septembra.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Mihaela Vecan, predsednica Udru\u017eenja CRIES nam je rekla ko mo\u017ee u\u010destvovati: <em>Na ovom konkursu mogu u\u010destvovati sve osobe koje vole da kuvaju, ali koje posebo zanima banatska kuhinja, jer je ovo tema: stari recepti iz zone Banata. Osobe koje \u0161alju recepte ne moraju \u017eiveti u Banatu. Mogu se poslati razli\u010diti tipovi obroka: garniture, deserti, pi\u0107a, ko \u0161ta \u017eeli<\/em>.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>I zato \u0161to se tra\u017ei da kulinarski recepti imaju duboke korene u tradiciji ove zone, pitali smo Mihaelu Vecan kako se proverava autenti\u010dnost recepata koje u\u010destvuju na konkursu kao tradicionalni: <em>Ima\u0107emo \u017eiri koji \u0107e proveriti oblast iz koje poti\u010de recept, jer u\u010desnici treba da navedu iz kog dela Banata poti\u010de recept, ako su po\u0161tovani principi koji se mogu na\u0107i u starim receptima iz ove zone, kao \u0161to je na primer kombinacija slatko-slano. Zna se da mi u Banatu jedemo pe\u010deno meso sa kompotom od vi\u0161anja  ili \u0161ljiva. Tako\u0111e, jo\u0161 jedan kriterijum koji smo naveli je i kori\u0161\u0107enje prirodnih sastojaka i specifi\u010dnost recepta za odre\u0111enu etni\u010dku zajednicu koja \u017eivi u zoni. Jer kod nas je i gastronomija pod uticajem etni\u010dkih grupa koje \u017eive zajedno i \u017eeleli bismo da istaknemo recepte koje ukazuju na ovo.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a sagovornica nam je jo\u0161 rekla da je re\u010d o konkursu koji je deo projekta koji \u017eeli da promovi\u0161e potro\u0161a\u010dima lokalnu tradicionalnu kuhinju, a zatim nas je primamila delikatesima iz ove zone: <em>Zabele\u017eila sam nekoliko recepata koji su mi veoma dragi: pita sa ludajom, ludaja je bundeva, tako mi ka\u017eemo u Banatu, paradajz-\u010dorba, gomboce &#8212; knedle sa \u0161ljivama, kao i jedno veoma staro jelo koje se pravi od repe. Zato \u0161to se sve manje uzgaja ova biljka, u na\u0161oj ishrani je sve manje prisutno ovo jelo.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Mihaela Vecan \u0107e nam objasniti i u kojoj meri ukus mo\u017ee biti kulturno nasle\u0111e: <em>Ukus i hrana, jer je o hrani re\u010d, mo\u017ee nam mnogo re\u0107i o na\u010dinu na koji su \u017eiveli ljudi u jednoj zoni, o promenama, resursima koje su imali, njihov odnos sa hranom, zna\u010dajnost odre\u0111enih dana u godini, u nedelji. Na primer, pamtim da u vreme moje bake kola\u010di su se jeli samo nedeljom, ovaj dan je imao posebnu va\u017enost. I sve ovo je povezano za na\u0161u kulturu, za na\u010din na koji se odnosimo, u \u0161irem smislu, prema \u017eivotu i \u017eelei bismo da putem recepata o kojima danas govorimo osvetlimo nekada\u0161nji svakodnevni \u017eivot. Tako\u0111e, kao \u0161to znate, Temi\u0161var \u0107e 2021. godine biti Evropski Grad Kulture. Turisti koji \u0107e nas posetiti sigurno \u0107e biti zainteresovani da imaju autenti\u010dna iskustva, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i gastronomiju. Stoga smo \u017eeleli da adaptiramo i restoransku ponudu, da prona\u0111emo u jelovnicima restorana obroke koje vrednuju stare recepte, gde \u0107e se koristiti lokalni sastojci.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Na Dan rumunskih proizvoda, 10. oktobra bi\u0107e nagra\u0111ena 3 pobednika koja \u0107e odabrati \u017eiri, a tri ekipe kuvara \u0107e i napraviti obroke prema ova tri pobedni\u010dka recepta.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Organizatoriju veruju da \u0107e se iz ruralnih mesta, a naro\u010dito iz zajednica udaljenih od urbanih centara, pristi\u0107i brojni loklani projekti, jer se ovde bolje odr\u017eava tradicija.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Projekat Korak po korak\u201c, u okviru kog se odr\u017eava konkurs, na ovaj na\u010din \u017eeli da podr\u017ei odgovoran na\u010din potro\u0161nje i proizvodnje kod mladih, kod malih prouizvo\u0111a\u010da, kod organizatora kulturnih de\u0161avanja, kod restorana i kafi\u0107a zainteresovanih da uvedu u svoju ponudu lokalne proizvode.
