Zapa\u017eamo otiske stopala kao od \u010dokolade na podu i sladak miris \u010dudesnog deserta. Nalazimo se u muzeju \u010dokolade. Danas svakodnevni proizvod, koji ne bi bio na listi zabranjenih zadovoljstava\u201c \u2013 ne sme se jesti uve\u010de jer ne\u0107e\u0161 spavati; ne sme se jesti previ\u0161e jer goji \u2013 ako ga ne bi doneo pre 500 godina u Evropu, ta\u010dnije na dvor \u0161panskog kralja, konkvistador Hernando Kortez.  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Istorija \u010dokolade po\u010dinje pre dve hiljade godina, kada se u Ju\u017enoj Americi ve\u0107 koristilo drvo kakaa. Kristofer Kolumbo (1502) bio je prvi istra\u017eiva\u010d koji je stupio u kontakt sa zrnima kakaa iz Novog Sveta. Kad su tad stigle u Evropu nisu bile u centru pa\u017enje, jer niko nije znao kako da ih koristi. Konkvistador Hernando Cortez je otkrio 1519. godine da Montezuma, vo\u0111a Asteka, ima obi\u010daj da pije pi\u0107e napravljeno od zrna kakaa, nazvanog kokolatl\u201c. Montezuma je imao obi\u010daj da pije skoro pedeset \u0161olja dnevno. On je ovo kraljevsko pi\u0107e ponudio Hernandu Kortezu, koji ga je smatrao gorkom za svoj ukus. Ali, \u0160panci su dodali \u0161e\u0107ernu trsku i obogatili su aromu vanilom i cimetom. Otkrili su i da je pi\u0107e ukusnije ako se slu\u017ei toplo. A od tad je \u0161panska aristokratija po\u010dela da ceni ovaj magi\u010dni napitak, \u010diju tajnu nisu otkrili Evropi ceo jedan vek. \u0160panski kalu\u0111eri su bili ti koji su javno pokazali na\u010din pripreme ovog napitka koji su brzo prihvatili i Kraljevske ku\u0107e iz Francuske i Velike Britanije.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Ali vi\u0161e o pri\u010di \u010dokolade mo\u017eete saznati posetom muzeja u Bukure\u0161tu, gde nas je do\u010dekao direktor Augustin Ple\u0161a: <em>Ideja nije originalna, ne mogu se time pohvaliti; bio sam sa suprugom u kratkoj poseti Dablinu pre \u010detiri godine. Posetili smo tad njihov Muzej \u010dokolade, a zatim smo posetili i be\u010dki muzej koji se nalazi pored fabrike \u010dokolade. A uz pomo\u0107 interneta i IT specijalista, napravili smo snimak od 6 minuta da posetioci vide prirodno okru\u017eenje u kom raste drvo kakaa. Ali i da nau\u010de pone\u0161to o tehnologiji proizvo\u0111enja \u010dokolade. U muzeju predstavljamo stvari koje ni ja nisam znao pre \u010detiri godine. Predstavljamo kako se pio kakao stotinama godina u Ju\u017enoj Americi, dajemo informacije o Montezumi, o Astecima, o Majama, a zatim smo bli\u017ee na\u0161im danima, te govorimo o Kortezu koji je doneo \u010dokoladu na \u0161panski dvor. Imamo uzorke stabla kakaa, naravno plasti\u010dnog, kao i uzorke kakao vo\u0107a i semenki. Napravili smo i nekoliko statua Ju\u017enoameri\u010dkih uro\u0111enika sa njihovom opremom za \u017eetvu. Imamo nekoliko vaga koji se koriste za kakao prah. Malo smo se igrali, te smo napravili i nekoliko statua od \u010dokolade, imamo i Eminesk<\/em><em>uov lik napravljen prema skulpturi koju je na\u010dinio \u017dalja. Na\u0161a jaka ta\u010dka je radionica. Nakon \u0161to vidimo film, nakon \u0161to nas \u010dokolater nau\u010di kako se prave praline i \u010dokoladne bombone, imamo degustaciju sa \u010dokoladne fontane  i posetu radionici gde posetilac dobija \u010dokoladnu tablu i olovku sa belom \u010dokoladom sa kojom mo\u017ee napisati poruke ili nacrtati ne\u0161to dragim ljudima, a zatim poklope \u010dokoladu i mogu je pokloniti<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Rekacije posetilaca smo saznali od Augustina Ple\u0161e, directora Muzeja \u010dokolade: <em>Ovo je slatka poseta i uvek je veliko iznena\u0111enje, jer mnogo posetilaca ne zna kako se pravi kakao prah, kao \u0161to ni ja nisam znao pre \u010detiri godine. Tad nisam ni znao da je to spektakulrano drvo, kao \u0161to vidimo na filmu i na uzorku<\/em>.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A od Augustina Ple\u0161e smo saznali i tajne pravljenja \u010dokolade: <em>Tajne nisu velike, re\u010d je o pravom odnosu \u010dokoladnog putera u me\u0161avini sa prahom od \u010dokolade, a \u0161to je ova me\u0161avina homogenija, operacija koja se naziva temperacijom \u2013 i mi imamo ma\u0161inu za ovo, te posetiocima mo\u017eemo pokazati ovu tajnu \u2013 \u0161to je odnos ta\u010dniji, kao i tehnologija, toliko je \u010dokolada ukusnija. \u010cokolada mora biti primamljiva i izgledom, tako da nakon sipanja u oblike, \u010dokolada treba da vibrira \u2013 da bi nestali balon\u010di\u0107i, upravo kao u procesu pravljenja cigli<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A po\u0161to u muzeju imamo i statue od \u010dokolate, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i Emineskuov bust, pitali smo Augustina Ple\u0161u kako se prave ovakve statue: <em>\u010cokolada je iz vana. Statua je kopija, a i ostale statue su samo prelivene \u010dokoladom. Da se ne bi otopila, \u010dokoladu treba dr\u017eati na najvi\u0161e 20 stepeni celzijusa. I ovo smo nau\u010dili, jer smo godinama dr\u017eali \u010dokoladu u fri\u017eideru i mislili smo da je pokvarena. Nije pokvarena, samo je van dometa temperature u kojima se \u010duva \u010dokolada, da ne bi pobelela. I ovo mo\u017eemo nau\u010diti u muzeju<\/em>.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je muzej koji namerava da postane jedna od atrakcija glavnog grada Rumunije!<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ulazimo u svetao i gostoljubiv prostor.
