Kada ih je otkrio, odlu\u010dio je da se prekvalifikuje. Tako je Adrijan Menge\u0161, jer o njemu se radi, odustao od in\u017eenjerske profesije i pokrenuo vlastiti posao i novi brend: Bure sa sladoledom.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Tako smo saznali kako je po\u010deo sa ma\u0161inama za sladoled, ali videv\u0161i da gubi mnoge prilike sa doga\u0111anjima u zatvorenom prostoru, shvatio je da mora prona\u0107i ne\u0161to novo. A onda se njegova majka setila da su u njenom detinjstvu prolazili ulicom prodavci sa sladoledom u buretu. Adrijan Menge\u0161 pri\u010da nam kako je razvio ovaj brend:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Bilo je jako te\u0161ko jer nismo znali tajne sladoleda pripremljenog u buretu. Hodali smo po rumunskim selima tra\u017ee\u0107i stare recepte, iz starih pri\u010da, ali bili smo odbijeni. Oni koji su ga jo\u0161 pravili nisu hteli da nam odaju tajnu. Zvali smo mesne op\u0161tine govore\u0107i da smo sa neke televizije i da nam ka\u017eu gde mo\u017eemo da na\u0111emo informacije o tome, jer ho\u0107emo da pravimo reporta\u017eu. Tako smo nai\u0161li na podr\u0161ku gradona\u010delnika, njegovog zamenika, i tako smo do\u0161li i do \u010dika Jona iz Vl\u010de, koji nam je ispri\u010dao tajne sladoleda u buretu, bivaju\u0107i ljut na sina, \u0161to ne \u017eeli da nastavi tradiciju i pravi sladoled u buretu. Tako mu je rekao: Sine, vidi, do\u0161ao je stranac kome \u0107u sve re\u0107i jer ti ionako ne \u017eeli\u0161 time da se bavi\u0161. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Bave\u0107i se proizvodnjom sladoleda u buretu vi\u0161e od 11-12 godina, na\u0161 sagovornik je uo\u010dio promenu u potro\u0161a\u010dkim navikama ljudi, posebno u poslednje vreme.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ljudi su po\u010deli sve vi\u0161e da obra\u0107aju pa\u017enju na to \u0161ta jedu, postali su obrazovaniji. Svaki put mi im ka\u017eemo da pravimo doma\u0107i sladoled. Velika je razlika izme\u0111u sladoleda koji se nalazi u gradu i sladoleda koji mi pravimo. Pre svega, to je na\u010din pripreme, jer je druga\u010dija tekstura, druga\u010diji ukus. Mnogo je gu\u0161\u0107i, nije toliko penast kao industrijski sladoled. Dakle, kao prvo, to je velika razlika. A drugo, to je \u010dinjenica da sami pravimo sirovinu, odnosno pravimo osnovu za sladoled od mleka, jaja, kajmaka, \u017eumanca. I arome sami pripremamo!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Narud\u017ebe se dostavljaju specijalizovanim ma\u0161inama kompanije ili putem aplikacija za dostavu na ku\u0107nu adresu. Najvi\u0161e kupaca bilo je u periodu nakon pandemije, kada je prodaja direktno iz laboratorije dostizala 6.000 do 7.000 leja (1.200 do 1.400 evra) dnevno. Na sajtu postoji oko 30 vrsta sladoleda, a neki od najprodavanijih su vanila, \u010dokolada, mango, slana karamela ili menta, a Adrijan Menge\u0161 nam je rekao:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Mi ukus na\u0161eg sladoleda dobijamo ili od smrznutog vo\u0107a, ili, sad kad je jesen, od pe\u010dene bundeve, ili od pe\u010dene jabuke sa cimetom. Mi sami spremamo na\u0161e arome. Volimo da ka\u017eemo da smo pravi sladoledari, iako nismo poha\u0111ali specijalizovane kurseve, nismo u\u010dili o sladoledu, nismo \u0161kolovani u tom smislu. Jednostavno ga pravimo po svom ukusu, ukusu obi\u010dnog \u010doveka. Vremenom smo eksperimentisali sa preko stotinu ukusa, ali je veoma te\u0161ko, jer su najtra\u017eeniji vanila, \u010dokolada, jagoda, malina. Obi\u010dno leti, kada je vrhunac sezone sladoleda, idemo na klasi\u010dne sorte, a sada, tokom jeseni, prilago\u0111avamo se sezoni.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Na ovojesenjem izdanju festivala Mu\u0161karci na ulici Matasari Adrijan Menge\u0161 je u\u010destvovao sa novitetom:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>U\u010destvovao sam na tri izdanja festivala Mu\u0161karci na ulici Matasari\u201c, ali ovo je prvi put da smo demonstrativno pripremali sladoled na ulici. Obi\u010dno smo dolazili sa ve\u0107 gotovim sladoledom, ali na zahtev organizatora, prihvatili smo i moram priznati da smo bili odli\u010dno primljeni na festivalu. Nismo o\u010dekivali da \u0107e nam prodaja tako dobro i\u0107i u oktobru. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Sladoled se priprema tako \u0161to se sastojci stavljaju u cilindar od ner\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika, koji se zatim stavlja u bure, i oko njega se dodaju led i so, kako bi se ubrzao proces zamrzavanja. Nakon \u010dega, ru\u010dno se vrti cilindar od ner\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika, oko 4 sata, a zatim se sladoled \u010duva na sigurnom mestu, koje po\u0161tuje neophodne sanitarne i ekolo\u0161ke kriterijume.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Najizazovniji sladoledi u ponudi \u010dine nam se oni sa koljivom, senfom, lavandom, bosiljkom, ali podjednako zanimljivi su oni sa \u0111umbirom i suvim gro\u017e\u0111em, pe\u010denom jabukom i keksom ili vanilom bez \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rado se se\u0107ao ukusa maminog doma\u0107eg sladoleda, pa je u jednom trenutku odlu\u010dio da ponovo otkrije ukus autenti\u010dnog sladoleda i krenuo kroz rumunska sela da otkriva stare recepte.
