Ograni\u010denja u ishrani su svima poznata, ali danas c\u0301emo govoriti o jednom veoma zna\u010dajnom problemu &#8211; nevi\u0111enoj infuziji posne hrane lo\u0161eg kvaliteta, veganske nezdrave hrane, kako je nazivaju nutricionisti. Ovi proizvodi su ukusnog su ukusa, ali malo nas dovodi u pitanje sastojke ove potencijalno opasne hrane koliko i drugu vrstu nezdrave hrane koja nam je poznata, kvalitet brze hrane.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Postimo, ali da vidimo koliko nam \u0161tete mo\u017ee naneti gotova veganska pljeskavica koju samo bacimo u tiganj na pet minuta. Na ovu temu smo razgovarali sa Klaudijom Bune\u0107, trenerom funkcionalnog zdravlja, koja nam je objasnila \u0161ta je brza posna hrana  i za\u0161to bi bilo dobro da je izbegavamo: Najvec\u0301a mana posta za nezdravu hranu je to \u0161to u osnovi nemamo nikakve koristi od posta. Ova veganska brza hrana, kako je ja zovem, je hrana koja sadr\u017ei konzervanse, sadr\u017ei sve vrste sumnjivih sastojaka, tako da to nisu sastojci koje razumemo, ponekad sadr\u017ee i boje koje nisu nimalo zdrave, one su tako\u0111e izvor trans masti, najnezdravijih masti za kardiovaskularni sistem i za na\u0161e zdravlje uop\u0161te. Ponekad sadr\u017ee \u0161ec\u0301ere ili mnogo soli, upravo zato \u0161to so ili \u0161ec\u0301er pokrivaju njihov osnovni ukus. Dakle, u osnovi ono \u0161to nam ova prera\u0111ena hrana donosi su vi\u0161e zapaljenja, vi\u0161e bola za na\u0161a tela, pote\u0161ko\u0107a organa za varenje, nego hranljive materije, nego hrana za na\u0161e c\u0301elije.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Niko ne ka\u017ee da moramo da se podvrgnemo skupim kulinarskim ograni\u010denjima od sada do Uskrsa. Stru\u010dnjaci u ishrani insistiraju na tome da jednostavan obrok mo\u017ee biti hranljiv i ukusan  istovremeno. Brza hrana (ili veganska, ako \u017eelite da je tako nazovete) je poslastica i tako\u0111e poklon na\u0161em telu. Uostalom, mens sana in corpore sano, zar ne?<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Klaudija Bune\u0107 nam pru\u017ea ruku pomoc\u0301i, obja\u0161njavajuc\u0301i kako da razmi\u0161ljamo o svojoj hrani na na\u010din da ne patimo od gladi ili da nam nedostaju va\u017ene hranljive materije:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p> Ukusna je i zdrava posna hrana. \u017delim da slu\u0161aoci zapamte ovo \u2013 \u010dinjenicu da ne moramo da se mu\u010dimo, a tako\u0111e je va\u017eno zapamtiti da je i to ispunjenje. Ja bih insistirao na tome da svaki obrok tokom posta treba da sadr\u017ei izvor biljnih proteina i ovde mogu da navedem neke primere &#8211; leblebiju, so\u010divo, gra\u0161ak, pasulj pa \u010dak i pe\u010durke, kinou, heljdu, \u010dia semenke. Va\u017eno je da razmi\u0161ljamo o na\u0161em obroku oko izvora biljnih proteina, kako bismo imali energije, hranili mi\u0161ic\u0301e u ovom periodu, da ne gladujemo i da ose\u0107amo glad  svakih sat i po. Va\u017eno je da na\u0161 obrok sastavimo imaju\u0107i u vidu zdrave biljne proteine. Ne ka\u017eem da soja ne mo\u017ee biti zdrav biljni protein, ali bih optimalno preporu\u010dila fermentisanu soju, zatim, na drugom mestu, nefermentisanu organsku soju i na trec\u0301em, jedva \u2013 genetski nemodifikovanu soju, tradicionalnu, ali treba da budemo sigurni da nije genetski modifikovana &#8211; vrsta proteina koju ne preporu\u010dujem prera\u0111enu, ali \u0161to je moguc\u0301e bli\u017ei svom prirodnom obliku &#8211; sojino zrno za kuvanje, ili dobro poznati tofu. Zatim, naravno, preporu\u010dujem da jedete puno povrc\u0301a. Nije slu\u010dajnost da  se postovi dr\u017ee tokom godine kada postimo, u optimalnim periodima za \u010di\u0161c\u0301enje organizma, u kojima treba da podr\u017eimo na\u0161u jetru, u periodima kada imamo dosta zelenih listova, mnogo povrc\u0301a. Preporu\u010dujem da jedete puno povrc\u0301a i voc\u0301a, ali akcenat je na kinoi. \u017delimo da u\u017eivamo u postu na svim nivoima i \u017eelimo da to bude period dubinskog \u010di\u0161c\u0301enja organizma. Pri ruci imamo i pseudo\u017eitarice, koje imaju izuzetne nutritivne vrednosti, a dolaze i sa proteinima \u2013 proso, kinoa, heljda. Oni dolaze sa proteinima, ali tako\u0111e dolaze sa kvalitetnim slo\u017eenim ugljenim hidratima; zob je veoma dragocen, ali \u017eelimo ih u celom obliku, a ne neke pahuljice koje konzumiramo sa puno \u0161ec\u0301era.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, dobra \u0161aka ora\u0161astih plodova s vremena na vreme unosi zdrave masti u telo i brzo izaziva osec\u0301aj sitosti. Klaudija Bune\u0107, trener funkcionalnog zdravlja:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e, i dalje imamo ora\u0161aste plodove, semenke, ali koji ne bi trebalo da budu osnova na\u0161e ishrane, vec\u0301 da ih konzumiramo u manjoj koli\u010dini, \u0161to kvalitetnije. A ako je moguc\u0301e razbiti te orahe ba\u0161 kada ih pojedemo, bilo bi optimalno. Pomenula bih semenke bundeve, lanene i \u010dia semenke, susam, poslednje 3 mlevene ili natopljene, kada ih jedemo, da ih svarimo. Neka bude \u0161arolikost i boja na tanjiru i ne zaboravimo da posna jela treba da nas zasiti. Potrebni su nam proteini, ugljeni hidrati koje smo pomenuli, koje dobijamo iz pseudo\u017eitara, \u017eitarica i povrc\u0301a, kao \u0161to su krompir i slatki krompir, na primer, i masti koje dobijamo iz ora\u0161astih plodova, iz semenki, ali i iz dobrog maslinovog ulja, ulja avokada, laneno ulje.
