Slow Food Travel nudi novi model turizma koji se sastoji od susreta s farmerima, proizvo\u0111a\u010dima sira, pastirima, pekarima i vinogradarima koji \u0107e zajedno s kuvarima koji pripremaju njihove proizvode biti naratori svojih lokalnih podru\u010dja i jedinstveni vodi\u010di kroz lokalne tradicije. Putujemo zajedno s Torstenom Kir\u0161nerom, osniva\u010dem zajednice Slow Food Buzau, u zemlju legendi i aroma. Torsten je do\u0161ao u Rumuniju pre 13 godina. Nakon dve godine provedene u Bukure\u0161tu, povukao se u Buzau, gde je kupio konak i osnovao udru\u017eenje koje promovi\u0161e tradicionalne, ru\u010dno izra\u0111ene proizvode.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em> Slow food je globalni pokret prisutan u vi\u0161e od 160 zemalja, koji promovi\u0161e pristup zdravoj hrani. To je alternativa brzoj hrani, nastala u Italiji 1980-ih. Trenutno je vrlo aktivan u Transilvaniji, u gradovima poput Bra\u0161ova, Sibiua, Klu\u017ea i od pro\u0161le godine i u gradu Buzau. Mi smo vrsta nevladine organizacije i okupljamo farmere, proizvo\u0111a\u010de hrane, seoske pansione, restorane i ljubitelje zdrave i odr\u017eive ishrane. Na\u0161a ideja je stvaranje platforme putem koje posebno promovi\u0161emo ru\u010dno izra\u0111ene proizvode, visokokvalitetne proizvode iz \u017eupanije Buzau. Na primer, imamo proizvo\u0111a\u010da meda s inovativnom tehnologijom. On me\u0161a med sa sirovim vo\u0107em i stvara novi proizvod koji se mo\u017ee konzumirati za doru\u010dak. Turisti mogu prona\u0107i proizvod i u prodavnici suvenira i poneti ga ku\u0107i kao ne\u0161to \u0161to nisu do sada probali. Osim toga, imamo i zanatlijsko pivo. Imamo mladog preduzetnika koji je zapo\u010deo proizvodnju medova\u010de. To je nisko alkoholizovan proizvod na bazi meda.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Geopark Podru\u010dje Buzau&#8220; se nalazi na listi UNESKO od 2022. godine. Ovaj park obuhvata 18 op\u0161tina sa 40.000 stanovnika i mnogo jedinstvenih turisti\u010dkih atrakcija u ovom delu sveta. A poseta turisti\u010dkim atrakcijama mo\u017ee se kombinovati sa kulturnim iskustvima, ka\u017ee Torsten Kir\u0161ner, osniva\u010d Slow Food zajednice Buzau:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em> Na primer, turista dolazi u op\u0161tinu Berka i dolazi do centra za turisti\u010dke informacije. Tamo saznaje \u0161ta se mo\u017ee videti u oblasti Buzau. Ide do Vulkanii Noroio\u0161i (Blatnih Vulkana) ili ru\u0161evina u Bozioru, a zatim se mo\u017ee zaustaviti u seoskom doma\u0107instvu, restoranu ili kod proizvo\u0111a\u010da gde mo\u017ee degustirati lokalnu hranu. Mi, na primer, nudimo degustaciju sireva. Pravimo kozji sir od sirovog mleka i nudimo ga uz vino iz Djalu Mare. Funkcioni\u0161emo kao mre\u017ea, ne promovi\u0161emo samo na\u0161e proizvode. Tako\u0111e, u ovom podru\u010dju imamo proizvo\u0111a\u010de organskog vina. Mo\u017eete ih posetiti, obi\u0107i vinarije, videti kako se proizvode vina, a zatim sledi degustacija sa tri vrste vina. Jo\u0161 jedan doga\u0111aj koji organizujemo u Buzau je traganje za tartufima. Idemo u \u0161umu sa dresiranim psima, tra\u017eimo tartufe, a nakon povratka imamo meni samo od tartufa.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Slow Food Buzau je namenjen znati\u017eeljnim i odgovornim turistima koji stvarno \u017eele upoznati lokalnu gastronomsku kulturu buzoanskog regiona, ne zaboravljaju\u0107i odr\u017eivost i biodiverzitet hrane. Na primer, nakon jednog od putovanja mo\u017eete upoznati Babik i njegovu pri\u010du. To je ljuta salama, predstavljena u katalogu prehrambenih proizvoda TasteAtlas kao jedna od najboljih salama, zauzimaju\u0107i 15. mesto na svetu. Tako\u0111e \u0107ete ih prona\u0107i na mapi tradicionalnih proizvoda koju je napravio Torsten Kir\u0161ner.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em> Na\u0161a platforma se zove slowfoodbuzau.com i dostupna je na rumunskom i engleskom jeziku. Na njoj mo\u017eete prona\u0107i sve informacije o lokalnim proizvo\u0111a\u010dima, restoranima i seoskim ku\u0107ama koje su deo na\u0161e mre\u017ee. Tako\u0111e imamo i program poseta. Jo\u0161 uvek radimo na njoj i nadamo se da \u0107emo imati mnogo bogatiju ponudu do slede\u0107e sezone, 2024. godine\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Nedavno se zavr\u0161ila manifestacija koja je proslavila dobru hranu i bila prilika za dru\u017eenje u\u010desnika. Tokom doga\u0111aja predstavljene su i najnovije ponude seoskog turizma.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Organizovali smo tre\u0107e izdanje manifestacije Pia\u021ba Artizanilor. To je inovativan koncept koji pribli\u017eava potro\u0161a\u010da lokalnom farmeru i proizvo\u0111a\u010du hrane iz UNESCO Geoparka Podru\u010dja Buzau. Ovo je prvi projekat ove vrste u Rumuniji gde mali lokalni proizvo\u0111a\u010di i pru\u017eaoci turisti\u010dkih usluga sara\u0111uju kako bi stvorili ovakav sajam. Na primer, svi \u0161tandovi su napravljeni od recikliranih materijala. Kontaktirali smo sve proizvo\u0111a\u010de da bismo prikupili drvo i izgradili \u0161tandove. Tokom dva dana, imali smo vi\u0161e od 2.000 posetilaca iz cele Rumunije. Ovo je me\u0161avina sajma rukotvorina i poljoprivrednih proizvoda, street-fooda, kuvanja u\u017eivo, sajma zanatlija i edukativnih kreativnih radionica za decu. Reakcije su bile veoma pozitivne. To je sajam-festival koji ima u cilju dru\u017eenje. Do\u0161li su i strani turisti. 90% njih je bilo iznena\u0111eno i rekli su da nisu znali da sve to postoji u Buzauu. \u010culi su samo za Vulkani Noroio\u0161i (Blatne Vulkane), ali nisu znali za Geopark, za ponudu hrane. Dakle, jo\u0161 uvek nije dovoljno promovisano. Mi, kroz slow-food, radimo marketing putem saradnje bez ikakvog bud\u017eeta. Sve se postiglo putem dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea. Svi koji su u\u010destvovali su podelili svoje iskustvo, tako da smo u roku od dve nedelje do\u0161li do 300.000 pregleda.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Iako niste prisustvovali godi\u0161njem doga\u0111aju zanatlija, prilika za dru\u017eenje i dalje postoji. Torsten Kir\u0161ner, osniva\u010d Slow Food Community Buzau, ka\u017ee da ako planirate posetu UNESCO Geoparku Podru\u010dje Buzauluj&#8220;, mo\u017eete saznati legende ljudi, kulinarskih recepata, ali i mnogih turisti\u010dkih atrakcija.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em> Pored dobro poznatih Vulkani Noroio\u0161i (Blatni Vulkani), imamo stenovita naselja, planinu soli, Muzej \u0106ilibara, stare manastire. Tako\u0111e, postoji ponuda za aktivni turizam, kao \u0161to je splavarenje i biciklizam sa elektri\u010dnim biciklima. Osim toga, imamo dva interesantna regiona. U Djalu Mare postoje zanimljive vinarije, a tu je i ovaj lanac slow-food koji obuhvata proizvo\u0111a\u010de zanatlijskog piva ili meda. Mo\u017eete probati proizvode i poneti ih ku\u0107i.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od ciljeva pokreta Slow Food je spre\u010diti nestanak kulture i tradicija.
