Tanke kore se prave razvla\u010denjem testa, a posle punjenja sirom savijaju se i stave pod spiralnom formom u okrugle tepsije. Pita je mekana zbog kompozicije jaja i jogurta, za razliku od ostalih vrsta pita. Ova vrsta pite pravi se isklju\u010divo od doma\u0107ih sve\u017eih kora. Dobrudjanska pita je proizvod poznat u jugoisto\u010dnim delovima zemlje, ali i drugim predelima Rumunije, i ova je  nedavno dobila priznanje i za\u0161titu geografskog porekla na evrpskom nivou. Inicijativa je pokrenuta 2017. godine kada je osnovana i Asocijacija Tradicional Moezis u cilju promovisanja rumunskih tradicionalnih proizvoda i proizvodja\u010da, kao i gradjenja identiteta rumunskih proizvoda na doma\u0107em i inostranom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Dobrudjanska pita dopunjuje kratak spisak priznatih rumunskih proizvoda od strane evropskih sistema kvaliteta. Prvi priznati proizvod bio je D\u017eem od sljiva Topoloveni, usledili su Sibinjska salama, Dimljena kobasica Novak, Dunavska haringa, Kobasica iz Ple\u0161koja, Sibinjski slani sir, Savenski ka\u010dkavalj, Salata od ikre od \u0161tuke poreklom iz Tul\u010de i Tradicionalna salata od ikre od \u0161arana kao i Slani sir Ibene\u0161ti. Na jugoistoku Rumunije Dobrudjanskia pita-proizvod sa vi\u0161evekovnom tradicijom-nezaobilazni je proizvod na novogodi\u0161njem stolu i na pragu Velikog posta, ka\u017ee Paula Vlas, liderka Asocijacije Tradicional Moezis. Po ovom vi\u0161evekovnom receptu, mlade u Dobrudji pripremaju pitu dan nakon ven\u010dnaja da bi pokazale svatovima da znaju da razvla\u0107e testo. Detalje za priznanje i za\u0161titu geografskog porekla nalaze se u Pravilniku Evropske unije 1151 iz 2012. godine i Uredbi iz 2015. godine, koje predvidjaju procedure i tehni\u010dka pitanja o kojima je za Radio Rumunija govorio \u0160tefan Padure, predsednik Asocijacije za promovsanje rumunskih proizvoda: ,,Pravilnik i \u0161eme kvaliteta predstavljau na\u010din na koji zemlje \u010dlanice mogu registrovati proizvode u okviru zajedni\u010dke agrarne politike. Druga\u010dije ne mo\u017eemo podr\u017eati prodaju proizvoda ili promovisanje proizvoda na jedinstvenom evropskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Poku\u0161a\u0107u da objasnim. Postoje 5 pravila za za\u0161titu proizvodaa 1151 sa geografskim poreklom, za originalni naziv, garantovani specijalitet i planinski proizvod, a zatim dolaze pravila za organske, bio ili ekolo\u0161ke proizvode, nazivi su identi\u010dni u zavinosti od zemlje, ovde se svrstavaju vina, alkoholna i aromatizovana pi\u0107a. Ova pravila se primenjuju unitarno na nivou svih zemalja \u010dlanica. Postoji jedna ta\u010dka B koja se odnosi na nacionalni kvalitet. Na\u017ealost, u ovu kategoriju mi imamo samo dva proizvoda-tradicionalni i priznati kvalitet. Kada se prijavljuju Evropskoj komisiji i kada po\u0161tuju stroge odredbe Pravila 1305 imaju iste efekte kao i evropska pravila, tako da je jedan proizvod koji po\u0161tuje evropsko pravilo ekivalentan sa proizvidom sa nacionalom \u0161emom. Sve zemlje poku\u0161avaju da pronadju \u0161to veci broj \u0161ema kvaliteta, da registruju nacionalne proizvode jer su ovim zemljama za podr\u0161ku farmera i poljoprivrednih proizvodja\u010da, potrebne ove padobran-\u0161eme.&#8220; <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Na nivou Evropske unije do sada je registrovano 1600 proizvoda sa oznakom geografskog porekla ili zasti\u0107enim poreklom. Italija ima 317, Francuska 260, \u0160panija 204, Nema\u010dka, Portugalija i Gr\u010dka preko 100. A Kina, zemlja koja nije \u010dlanica Evropske unije, ima 99. \u0160tefan Padure o \u0161emama kvaliteta ka\u017ee: ,,Ove \u0161eme kvaliteta sa geografskim indikacijama su restriktivnije kada je re\u0107 o Oznaci zasti\u010denog porekla jer je potrebno uzeti sirovinu i obavljati sve aktivnosti u ograni\u010denoj zoni. Kada je re\u010d o geografskoj indikaciji mozete sirovinu nabavljati i van odredjene zone. Mi se nalazimo u evropskoj zoni gde se gubi nacionalni karakter. Evropa je shvatila da se ovaj regionalni karakter mo\u017ee o\u010duvati i ba\u0161 ovo se i de\u0161ava zahvaljuju\u0107i \u0161emama evropskog i nacionalnog kvaliteta&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pored prehrambenih proizvoda, Rumunija u Registar geografskih indikacija Evropske unije ima i alkoholna pi\u0107a, a u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede u Bukurestu radi se na registraciji u sistem evropskog kvaliteta proizvoda ,,Pelin&#8220; iz kategorije aromatizovanih pi\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dobrudjanska pita je pekarsko-mlinarski proizvod od punjenih kora slanim sirom,pome\u0161anom sa sve\u017eim sirom, jajima i jogurtom.
