Potvrda je do\u0161la od strane Kopernikusa, Slu\u017ebe Evropske unije o klimatskim promenama, i na nju treba gledati kao na alarmni signal, jer bi prekora\u010denje ove granice od 1,5 stepeni u roku od 10-20 godina moglo da predstavlja razliku izmedju jedne planete na kojoj se mo\u017ee \u017eiveti ili jedne u kojoj se ne mo\u017ee. 2024. godina je bila istovremeno i najtoplija u istoriji. Mir\u010da Ducu, univerzitetski profesor i predsednik Ekolo\u0161kog univerziteta u Bukure\u0161tu ka\u017ee: ,,Svaki mesec, od januara do juna pro\u0161le godine bio je topliji od prethodnih i novi rekord dnevne temperature dostignut je 22. juna za 17,16 Celzijusa. Ovo je dokaz da postoji klimatska dereglacija. U poslednjoj deceniji sve godine su bile toplije. Glavni motor zagrevanja le\u017ei u pove\u010danoj emisiji gasova sa efektima staklene ba\u0161te, koje su pro\u0161le godine dostigle 422 dela na milion zbog upotrebe fosilnih goriva. Simboli\u010dna granica od 1,5 stepeni predvidjena Pariskim sporazumom je probijena. Sa prose\u010dnom temperaturom od 15,1 stepenom, razlika iznosi 1,6 stepeni u odnosu na referentni period 1850-19000 godina, sa napomenom da referencija se odnosi na du\u017ei period. Da bi ovaj bio kategori\u010dan, treba da traje najmanje 20 godina.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>196 dr\u017eave potpisale su Pariski sporazum koji izmedju ostalog predvidja smanjenje emisija za 50% do 2030. godine kako bi se dostigao nulti nivo do 2050. godine. Zagrevanje je i dalje jedan od glavnih razloga za sve ja\u010de ciklone, toplotne talase i druge ekstremne meteo pojave. Visoke temperature su prouzrokovale ljudske \u017ertve za vreme hodo\u010da\u0161\u0107a u Meki u junu kao i u Meksiku, na Tajlandu, u Indiji i Gr\u010dkoj. Nakon istorijskih poplava sa 1500 poginulih, \u010detiri miliona osoba u zapadnoj i centralnoj Africi tra\u017eilo je humanitarnu pomo\u0107, dok se \u0160panija suo\u010davala sa katastrofalim poplavama. Uragani su zahvatili zonu Karibskog mora, a tajfuni napravili pravu pusto\u0161 u Aziji i posebno na Filipinima. Su\u0161a je te\u0161ko pogodila zone u Severnoj i Ju\u017enoi Americci, zbog su\u0161e su izbili masovni pozari i u Amazoniji. Prema podacima Svetskog programa za hranu, na jugu Afrike 26 miliona ljudi je na pragu gladi. Program navodi da su skoro sve prirodne katastrofe u 2024. godini bile posledica intenzifikacije emisija gasova sa efektima staklene ba\u0161te. Pove\u0107anju temperture doprinosio je i fenomen El Ninjo, klimastki model koji donosi povi\u0161ene temperature i koji zatim prepu\u0161ta mesto hladnijem modelu La Njinja. Posledice nisu kasnile. Pove\u0107ani su tro\u0161kovi prirodnih katastrofa na skoro 140 miliardi dolara. Mir\u010da Ducu isti\u010de: ,,Terra se suo\u010dava sa nezaustavljivim i iznenadjuju\u0107im rastom temperature. Nakon prestanka El Ninja u junu i o\u010dekanog dolaska La Njinje u jesen predvidjalo se zahladjenje. Medjutim ovo se nije dogodilo i ne predvidja se u dogledno vreme. La Njinja je zakasnela i u svakom slu\u010daju mi se nalazimo na nepoznatom terenu. Ve\u0107 vi\u0161e miliona godina planeta nije registrovala ovako velike koli\u010dine ugljen dioksida u atmosferu i u poslednja dva milenijuma brzina zagrevanja klime nije bila toliko brza. Dodatno zagrevanje u poslednje dve godine je iznenadjuju\u0107e. U op\u0161tem kontekstu zagrevanja klime i nakon prelaska intenzivnog El Ninja, teperatura vazduha ostaje nenormalnmo visoka\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Kada prose\u010dna temperatura raste, probijanje granice od 1,5 stepeni Celzijusa u samo jednoj godini postaje alarmni signal koji najavljuje da se se ovakve temerature mogu sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e ponavljati. \u010cemu se treba nadati? Univerzitetski profesor Mir\u0107a Ducu ka\u017ee: ,,Odgovor na ovo pitanje le\u017ei u stanju planetarnog okeana 2025. godina mogla bi da se nadje medju tri najtoplije godine i sigurno ne\u0161to hladnija od 2023. i 2024. U decembru pro\u0161le godine prime\u0107eno je smanjenje temperature na povr\u0161ini mora. U narednim mesecima temperatura \u0107e se na\u0107i u neutralnim uslovima, sa toplim i hladnim anomalijama u ekvadorijalnom Pacifiku.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Osim materijalne \u0161tete, prema ocenama istra\u017eiva\u010da ako se ne\u0107e perduzeti drasti\u010dne i neodlo\u017ene mere za smanjenje emisija gasova sa efektima staklene ba\u0161te, klimatske promene i tropske temperature mogu izazvati neposredno smrt vi\u0161e od 2,3 miliona ljudi u 854 evropska grada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2024. godina je bila prva godina od kada se vr\u0161e merenja temperature na\u0161e planete u kojoj je probijena granica globalnog zagrevanja od 1,5 stepeni Celizijusa u odnosu na predindustrijski period, kada je \u010deove\u010danstvo po\u010delo \u0161irom da koristi fosilno gorivo.
