Pored trenutnog efekta, ve\u017ebanje donosi i dugoro\u010dne benefite, sa korelacijama izme\u0111u fizi\u010dke ve\u017ebe i mentalnog blagostanja. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da svaka vrsta ve\u017ebanja direktno uti\u010de na razli\u010dite delove mozga, dovodec\u0301i do promena u specifi\u010dnim mentalnim funkcijama.<br \/>\nTako, ve\u017ebe sa tegovima poma\u017eu u stimulaciji sposobnosti izgradnje  slo\u017eenog rezonovanja, neophodnog za re\u0161avanje problema ili istovremeno obavljanje vi\u0161e zadataka. Za osloba\u0111anje od stresa, straha, anksioznosti i briga preporu\u010duje se joga, dok, prema mi\u0161ljenju stru\u010dnjaka, treninzi visokog intenziteta u intervalima smanjuju nivo hormona koji u mozgu izaziva ose\u0107aj gladi.<br \/>\nKardio ve\u017ebe su povezane s hipokampusom, delom mozga koji, izme\u0111u ostalog, kontroli\u0161e pam\u0107enje, dok timski sportovi uti\u010du na vi\u0161e regija mozga, podsti\u010du\u0107i sposobnost koncentracije, svest o prostori i ve\u0161tinu multitaskinga. Zaklju\u010dak, naravno, nije nov \u2013 potvr\u0111uje ga i latinska izreka \u201emens sana in corpore sano\u201c, koju koriste kao moto brojne me\u0111unarodne zdravstvene institucije.<br \/>\nSvaka osoba ima svoj genetski profil i, u zavisnosti od toga, potrebna joj je prilago\u0111ena fizi\u010dka aktivnost, ishrana i stil \u017eivota. Ovo je premisa sa koje je Mihaj Dragomir, lekar prevencije i odr\u017eavanja zdravlja, majstor sporta i specijalista za ishranu, postavio temelje specijalizovanog centra.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMi se bavimo upravo time \u2013 u okviru na\u0161eg centra za izvrsnost razvili smo odgovaraju\u0107u tipologiju kako bismo svakoj osobi mogli da ponudimo personalizovan oblik kretanja, u skladu s njenim genetskim profilom. Svakom \u017eivom bic\u0301u je potreban neki oblik kretanja. Me\u0111utim, on mora da bude kompatabilan sa \u2018tipologijom izrade\u2019, kako sam ve\u0107 naveo. Postoji stvarna razlika koju, na\u017ealost, ve\u0107ina ljudi ne poznaje \u2013 ne prave razliku izme\u0111u sporta i fizi\u010dke aktivnosti. Na primer, za neke ljude izuzetno korisna mo\u017ee biti i obi\u010dna \u0161etnja.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je ve\u017ebati \u2013 jedan je od sastojaka u receptu za dug i kvalitetan \u017eivot, pored zdrave ishrane, smanjenja nivoa stresa i adekvatnog odmora. Nekontrolisana ishrana dovodi do metaboli\u010dkog disbalans koji dovodi do gojaznosti i svih povezanih bolesti. A pomeranje starosne granice u kojoj se ovo stanje javlja, kao i pritisak na zdravstveni sistem su dva aspekta koja ne smemo zanemariti. Mihaj Dragomir, lekar za prevenciju i odr\u017eavanje zdravlja:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eGojaznost je, u stvari, rezultat, efekat postojec\u0301eg stanja u telu. Nau\u010dili smo, a i dru\u0161tvo nas u\u010di, da gojaznost zna\u010di da mnogo jedemo i zato smo debeli ili gojazni. Ne. Nepravilna ishrana, zaista, uti\u010de na odre\u0111ene organe, uglavnom na jetru i pankreas. Nakon toga, stvara \u0161tetne efekte na \u017eu\u010dnu kesu, koja vi\u0161e ne mo\u017ee da vari masti. I tu se javlja problemati\u010dni fenomen.
